There was a little bit of a damp smell in the room but thought that inevitable considering the canals so close.

Good location easy to reach by water bus from train station lovely helpful staff. Breakfast available each morning could decide if we wanted. Clean, tidy and spacious room and the ground floor access was ideal for us.

We were in the annex - windows were high so could not see out.

Easy to get to from the aerobus. Responded quickly to messages before arriving. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Very clean throughout.

The rooms were a bit small..but we were only in our room to sleep.

It was a very nice hotel..check in and check out went smooth. The young male receptionist was amazing. Made us something to eat later in the evening ..got us ice for our drinks.

Everything was just amazing. Lovely building with a typical Venice character. Clean and perfect room with a perfect view. Shops, restaurants just around the corner. In the center but quite. Just perfect! For sure I’ll be back

Very convenient rooms with nice decoration. There was an electric kettle in the room with tea and coffee what was very useful. The room was very clean and, taking to account that our visit was in January, it was warm there. Breakfast was very good. The staff were fantastic, everyone very polite and pleasant. The location is great, very close to all sightseeings.

Only downside was that during the night an intense smell of cigarette smoke filled the room, most likely from the corridor as the windows were closed and the a/c off, so maybe someone smoking within the building? Was so intense i had to open the windows (during winter!) to let some air flow

Very central, close to many interesting attractions and good restaurants. Easy to reach and find. Very clean room, elegant, and comfy bed, loved or stay here!

Everything went well. It reached our expectations. The hotel staff was kind and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It took 15 minutes to reach San Marco on a walk.

I had the perfect stay possible at Ca' d'Oro: the hotel was excellent and situated in a very picturesque area of Venice - only a 10 minute walk from Rialto, 15 minutes away from Piazza San Marco. My room was small but very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom facilities were modern, spotless and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was a true highlight, offering a wide range of products suitable for every taste. I especially enjoyed a different type of cake every morning :) Staff was very friendly and always available in case of need. I wholeheartedly recommend Ca' d'Oro and I'd definitely go back there when visiting Venice again.

We have stayed here before. Loved the quiet, secluded location but near main thoroughfare.

No vegetables at breakfast and coffee.

The hotel is in the heart of Venice easily accessible by vaporetto. The room was spacious and overlooked the roofs. The best view of a small canal was from the bathroom window. The breakfast was overall good, but lacked some vegetables and the coffee could be better, especially as it is Italy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The bath was a bit awkward.

Spacious bedroom, a view of a canal, good continental breakfast. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast room, lady. On the edge of the centre of things, so a bit quieter. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, sights, and ferries. If your parking at Tranchetta, take the waterbus straight to the Rialto stop, as it's then only 8 or so minutes walk to the hotel. Google will take you on two separate waterbuss and 20 to 30 minutes walk all up with your bags.

The size of the room, for Europe, was great. Bathroom was very clean. Nice couch in the communal area with small fridge. Space to relax after a long day. Very comfortable and cozy for Venice in late November. Good location, right off one of the main walk ways and not too far from the popular spots. Many smaller, local bars in the area you might miss if you didn't come back that way. Close to the stops for the boat to the airport and other islands. Staff was great.

Some areas a very small , for example the breakfast room… Overall it is good .

Lovely little hotel , great for a short break , everything is updated, has an elevator it is a big plus for Venice, good location , nice continental breakfast and helpful staffs.
