We are not small people and found the shower to be quite small. It was however clean and hot so this was a minor problem. Guests need to be aware that the entrance is down an Alley, not directly onto the Main Street - although this is not a problem.

This is a gem of a property. The room was spacious and charming. The location is perfect - quiet location and yet close to everything. Good restaurants close by. The staff are extremely helpful and breakfast each morning was delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property!

A bit noisy because of the old building.

Great location, right in the city centre and a beautiful building. There are two terraces where you can relax. There is a vaporetto stop nearby which is very convenient and the train/bus station is only a 10 min walk. The receptionist was very friendly!

The stairs to the top floor was a little bit challenging for my elderly mother.

We loved to stay at the hotel. Is close to train station and we walked to the piazza San Marco. The room is big and has a very beautiful design.

Very good location, nothing is more than a 20 minute walk away. Ideal for transport to and from the airport as the watertaxi stop is so close. Really clean and the room was serviced each day, always done really well. Staff very helpful. They even posted me back a bracelet I had left there

It’s a very good hotel, the closet in my room was a bit little but otherwise no complaints, we loved it and was really comfortable

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms are really big and well equipped with a big bathroom. The beds were big and comfortable. The hotel is really well located. We booked the breakfast and it was worth it, it’s really really abundant and delicious with freshly baked bread croissants fruit juice coffee eggs bacon yogurt musli and so on and so on really good

Beautifully decorated hotel with easy check in, great location with a water bus stop just around the corner. Lovely bedroom with plenty of space . Host was absolutely fantastic and so welcoming, very kindly gave us some tips and directions for travelling, an absolute credit to the business! Highly recommend this property.

Lovely little hotel at an excellent location in Venice with friendly staff and beautiful vintage decoration. Close to the train station and the main canal, so you can take a gondola ride or take a vaporetto easily. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

Amazing location. Great friendly staff, made us feel right at home. Communication over email and messages in regards to check-in and maps was amazing. Couldn't have asked for more. Next time I visit Venice, I hope to stay again.

There was a mini fridge in the hallway for all the guests but it was full and I wouldn’t leave my food or drinks in there anyway. I would prefer to have a mini fridge in our room. There was a bathroom in the hallway right by our room that other guests used, it was annoying at times because we could hear the toilet flushing in our room. No elevators, our room was on the third floor, going up and down the stairs and with our luggage was tough for us. But the owner helped us carry the luggage down the stairs for us. That’s appreciated
