Close to train station and near to palace and easy walk to restaurants and bus stops near train station. Staff were very helpful with bus line for old Caserta and amphitheatre and advice about restaurants and other things to see.

A lot to like. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Great location for train station, palace, local restaurants. Breakfast is adequate. WiFi was strong.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to visit the Reggia. But their strong point is the staff. Signora Carla was super helpful in helping us to organize our visit. the food was also great.

Fantastic location, right next to Reggio Caserta. Free parking (first come first served). Lovely staff and good breakfast. We got upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The bathroom was literally the best bathroom I have ever been in. Can’t fault this hotel !

Great location if you are visiting the Palace. No parking at the hotel but there is a huge underground parking a block away. Walking to the palace takes 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok.

On arrival at our room we notice that we had only one set of towels ,, no tea or coffee facility in the room

The workout room is tired, with rusty old machines, and no air conditioning (it was hot). Some of the rooms here are a bit tired and worn. Upgrade your room to avoid this.

The location is great, the breakfast is good. Staff is friendly.

Great location, so close to the train station and to the Palace and gardens. Lovely spacious room and en suite, good breakfast, friendly staff. No complaints here.

The room had a fun retro vibe but the sitting area furniture was worn and the vinyl was starting to crack a little. it made me worry that the mattress would be old too but the bed was great.

The retro round bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was huge and had lots of shower heads and options. The pillows were more comfortable than any others we encountered in Italy. The location was convenient to the train station.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station (we came up from Naples by train), the Royal Palace (our main reason for visiting Caserta), and car rental outlets (we left in a rental car to visit the Campanian wine country. We were perfectly satisfied with our choice, the location perfect for our needs as well as being close to the centre of town (for window shopping) and good restaurants (there is an in-house restaurant, but we ate dinner elsewhere). The room was comfortable and well appointed.

AC did not work very well. Parking was a nightmare! Too small of a lot.

Location was great-walking distance to many restaurants & shops. the beds were extremely comfortable and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel was very quiet.

the curtains were really dirty , the windowa dubiois the walls staoned, the smell in the corridors and the stiffling heat in the bedroom

I stayed there for one night on last minute notice. The room was really tidy and the shower was excelent 😍! They had nice staff that spoke good english. Food was also good. Thank you for helping me out for a tricky situation where my trains were late and i needed to change my plans. You made me feel safe.
