Like other places we stayed at during our 19 day trip to Italy, we really missed having an english-speaking station to provide us with the day's news. The only non-italian station was one French station during evenings.

Gianfranco was a great host, and had good suggestions on what to see and do. His place is spotless, and we appreaciated his breakfasts. The location was fabulous, very close to the main Piazza and shopping district

We stayed here for one night during our week and a half Italian cruise. Staying here was definitely one of the best decisions of our trip. The apartment is very cozy and homely, the terrace is especially beautiful. We were very happy with the option of breakfast, where you could choose from many things. Special thanks to Gianfranco for the warm welcome, for being able to book at the last minute, for coming to us and helping us with a lot of advice. Definitely the best host in the entire city!

A very comfortable and spacious room with private bathroom in a well-located b&b in the heart of the old town. Pre-arrival communication was good and the host welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The shared kitchen, dining and living area and balcony are very pleasant. A good find!

It was all as expected The approach by car is very complicated through narrow streets. Access by car is available to unload the luggage, then to move the car to public parking - easy access by escalator that connects upper & lower part of the city.

Very homely atmosphere as it is actually one apartment with 4 bedrooms and common living/dining room. It is fine for the group of friends sharing but not really for people who do not know each other.

I checked in at the last minute because I had issues with a rental place I was going to move into. I was stressed, tired and concerned, and I found an oasis in this cozy bed & breakfast. Gianfranco the host was absolutely wonderful, he gave me the best room with a great view, we had nice conversations and he helped me find my way around town to resolve the issue with the rental. The b&b is beautiful, It has a very homey feeling, it's clean, modern, has a good wifi speed, it's right in the heart of the historic centre and it's quiet. My room was large, comfortable, with lots of natural light and a view. Definitely grateful for the A/C because the weather was really hot. Breakfast was also good and generous and I loved eating on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape. I had an amazing experience and I will definitely go back if I'm ever in town again. Thanks Gianfranco for being such a great host!

Perfect location for an overnight stay to visit all the sights in the city. The host, Gianfranco, greeted us in the loading and unloading area outside the B&B and was very warm and welcoming. He also gave us good advice on where to dine. 2 thumbs up!

Minimal staff presence, with minimal English, so unable to give any help whatsoever re orientation. I speak Italian, but they still couldn't explain anything, whether to turn right or left out of the front door etc. (Turn right.) Breakfast very poor. All the basics available but stale pastries. Bring your own biscuits. This is not a hotel but a B & B. One floor (first floor) in a good, well maintained ancient building. Despite these failings, I would still recommend.

Nice, clean, quiet room. Excellent location, very near Duomo and main square.

The rooms looked quite better on the pictures than in reality. The bathroom was really small and dark, but we were only there for one night so it was okay. There was a bit of a strange smell in the building/room but nothing major, just old I believe.

We stayed in Arezzo as a stop on our way to Florence. The free parking instructions were great and we were able to easily park our car. The B&B is in the city centre to it was very easy to walk around and find a restaurant for dinner. The host was super kind and welcoming. The AC was working perfectly and bed was quite comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better. Pastries and toast in plastic wrappers was a little off putting. However, the coffee was nice and there was fresh cake and fruit every morning.

Very good location for visiting Arezzo. Nice bright room with a nice view. Lovely balcony off the kitchen area with lovely view. Owner, very pleasant and welcoming.
