The view of the ocean is fantastic. We ate breakfast on the terrace and also brought wine and cheese to the terrace to enjoy before dinner. Our host, Roberto was very attentive and even gave us a ride to the train station when leaving, as it was raining. Otherwise the train station is only a few minutes away. They served a hearty breakfast.

Nothing. Everything perfect (perhaps a 2nd pillow, but my own fault for not asking). Listen to the host’s instruction upon arrival, do not try to follow maps. Property is very close to train station with easy access, don’t be like me & listen to maps.

Everything was excellent. Roberto is a very friendly host with a great sense of humor. Helped us with all our requests. Location is great; only 3 min walk from train station. Breakfast of your own choice is provided. Roberto notes down your choices on arrival. It's prepared freshly on time.

I liked the location which was close to the train station, so very convenient to exploring the other villages. Corniglia is quite pleasant, but perched on a hill top, so if you stayed there you would have to wait for the shuttle bus which was often crowded. Breakfast was a BIG plus, it was delicious (with hot eggs and bacon and fresh fruit and toast and capucchino) and nice to come out of room and sit on an outdoor terrace for breakfast with a sea view! Roberto our host was very friendly, a bit of a character.

Roberto the host was so wonderful and kind to us. He knows many languages and communicated perfectly with us. The location is amazing. Only a few steps from the train station. Views from our property were magical. Waking up in the morning to Roberto’s breakfast was fantastic!

The location and accommodation were perfect. Roberto, the owner was friendly and felt like we were staying with a relative. Breakfast with a veiw was perfect! Very close to the station, which is a short ride to other towns. A nice stroll into the town with plenty of beautiful restaurants to choose from.

Nothing. Was quite happy with everything, except a little overpriced but that is outweighed by it's convenient location.

I stayed for just one night in Corniglia. The Corte del Gallo offers a handy location close to Corniglia railway station, avoiding climbing the stairs with baggage or walking into Corniglia by the road. It has a nice terraced garden and a pleasant shaded outside breakfast area.

The steps. If you are carrying luggage and coming from the train station, it's only a short distance, but it's all uphill. This could be a positive if you want to do a workout.

Roberto was a wonderful host. He saw to our every need like we were family. The room looked out to the garden that looked out to the Italian Riviera. Breakfast in the garden was such a glorious way to start the day.

The location of this hotel is lovely, and is a great place to relax after a days walking or sightseeing.
