This resort has seen better days, especially the shopping and restaurant area was quite empty. Pool has salt water, was rather cold and required swimming hats. No dishwasher in the apartment.

Apartment had a balcony large enough to have meals outside, with a view to the green courtyard. The staff were all very nice and attentive, and provided many tips on beaches and restaurants. There's a nice little coffee shop next to reception.

- one thin toilet paper roll is for free, need to buy the following rolls yourself! - the outside of the building and walk ways look shabby. Old wood work.

+ clean apartment with good twin master bed and twin sofa bed + very nice located at a lagoon. + super nice salt water pool with shower and toilets. bathing cap required, available at reception and mini market. + the pizzeria has nice pizza and staff is great. Beautiful seating at lagoon. + nice stroll along the swimming pool leads to a water crossing leading to a small but pleasant beach.

The kitchen is outdated and very small, some essential equipment was missing; the fridge is very small for four people. The beds are not comfortable. There are no shelves or cabinets at all in the bathroom, not even a toilet paper hanger. The airconditioning is blowing out hot air right into the balcony, which makes it impossible to use the balcony when the airconditioning is on.

The location is excellent, the rocky beach is 15 min walking, the sandy beach is even closer. The big advantage is that two restaurants and a minimarket are located in the area, so you do not need to drive there. It is a remote village, so no crowds of tourists - perfect for a peaceful holiday. The rooms are spacious with air-conditioning. Big swimming pool with salty water, though it closes very early at 19.30. Good working WiFi.

I would avoid the local restaurant.

The best price-performance ratio in the Costa Smeralda area. It is good to have a car for shopping and for driving to other than the nearest beaches in the area. The only good beach in the area is Spiaggia di Cala di Trana, which is a short walk away - but only for sporty types, not lazy people.

pool was wonderful, although the staff allowed very loud music to be played which was quite annoying!

there is a small piazza which is supposed to have restaurants and shops, but all were closed. the swimming is pool is a bit far away hidden at the end of the property and had no bar or restaurant. it is mandatory to use bathing caps in the pool, a fact we were not aware of, and if we knew we would not choose this hotel. the price was high compared to the comfort and amenities provided.

reception people were very kind. the room is large with a small patio. the whole hotel complex is big with lots of green areas. the parking was just be behind our building.

Much 2quit and more for people who live there permanent or as a second home. Siesta ( 13U-16U ), not allowed swimming is impossible with 2 children in 40 degrees. We where promised a room with balcony or garden. We only had a dangerous window so we felt locked-in. We would only recommend hotel as value for money when you want to visit the beautiful area.

Not much, or nothing at all to do if you don't have a car, you need a car for this place. Car park spaces are allocated to each apartment but tiny... No shop, it was closed, only coffees a few cakes and ice creams in the cafe, not much,

It was OK, good price I suppose, that's why we chose it. The room was on the first floor, which was better than ground floor views. The apartment is a nice space for 3 people, a balcony view to the gardens. We love the swimming pool and the restaurant (pizza). Nice views over the lagoon in the evening and tasty food. The swimming pool was good. And the walk to the lagoon beach, my kids love it... but we only went there in the evenings, for the day we were driving to the different beaches. Air corn is good.

there is no thing to not like there, maybe the apartment could be improved with some cutting board, tea towel, trays. We forgot to bring such things with us.

Big apartment-complex with very good restaurant (and waiter), swimming pool, with beautiful landscape, and the closeness of the sea with the wind made the summer heat much more bearable.

We loved the location of this Hotel. It was close enough to the main town of Palau where we did all our grocery shopping and ate at the many available restaurants. The hotel is well priced for what you get. The facilities in and around the hotel are superb and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
