Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomRipped off by taxi driver who picked us up at the airport to take us to the port (for ferry to Ischia).First time staying in Naples and delighted by the hotel but the streets are a mess and some parts are too crowded.
Breakfast is ample and either inside or outside. Hotel is secreted away from the otherwise busy historic centre and thus quiet. Lots of interesting things to see and places to eat within a short walk from the hotel.

United States of AmericaOur A/C didn’t work well to cool our room, it probably also did not help the bed is upstairs. It was very very hot while trying to sleep. The shower drain did not drain well and overflowed from the shower onto the bathroom floor after spending 5 minutes in the shower. With the floor being tile it was very slippery when wet!
The hotel and the room were amazing! Very clean, large bathroom, and beautiful balcony. The breakfast was delightful.

DenmarkTowels and soaps were replaced each day; would be nice if a hotel like this was more conscious about the environment.

FranceThe room's bathroom could use some work. The exhaust fan was barely hanging on and some fixtures were a bit moldy.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the hotel there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars. Also, we really enjoyed the hotel garden and pool, which doubled as a wonderful breakfast spot.

SwedenNothing to dislike, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the breakfast departement for such a premium hotel. They could add actually fresh baked bread as opposed to fairly stale and small buns, actual fruit juices instead of suggary fruit drinks (they had a 3.5 euro fresh orange juice alternative but this should be included). Fresher cheese and more cheese alternatives, as opposed to plain sliced cheese that looks like it’s been in the sun a bit too long. But these are small things in the grand scheme of things; overall this is a really, really good hotel and probably one of the best alternatives in Napoli.
Amazing facilities, pool, staff. The pool area is 5/5 and a huge plus if you have kids since Napoli overall isnt the most accessible city with children. Staff were super friendly, helpful, knew English well and made us feel welcome. The hotel in itself is like a oasis in a busy city; beautiful garden with classy furnishing, art and really nice rooms. The street outside of the hotel is loud but you barely hear any of that anywhere in the hotel area, not even by the pool!

United KingdomNo gym Room was a bit of a weird set up Some of the staff are not friendly
The owner was lovely, room was comfortable but not alot of natural light but and a odd set up. The pool and outside area is unreal in how amazing it is. It is beautiful and like it is out of a movie, it is glamorous and stunning in how incredible it is. Worth going just for this. The walk in through the court yard and the secret entrance door next to a old school wood sculpture makes it feel like your going somewhere very very special. The location in Naples next to beleine square is awesome for a night out and drinking (with amazing beleine cocktails), loads of people and parties. It also has some great aicent Greek remains and it is the old town with is great fun. It is a great spot for romantic couples but don't bring kids.

United States of Americaindication to find the hotel, there is no entrance from the street and no external sign once in the courtyard to indicate that the entrance is at the very back of it. No elevator but the staff helps for luggage.
very nice and helpful staff, excellent location in the historic center with a small but clean pool which is rare considering the location, the room is not very big but perfect and with a great bathroom/bathtub/shower. the terraces are amazing to have our breakfast or drink with nice vegetation. it’s a very relaxing place protected from the city noise and chaos.

BelgiumWe had a bedroom on the first floor, at the end of the corridor, opposite to reception, and it was very noisy: we could hear every phone call and every conversation with reception (it is a small building with no isolation) Considering the city, the fact that it is a 4 star hotel with no « real » restaurant, I feel the price was too high for what they offer, especially not in high season. Mattresses were old and not comfy.
Property is well located, at the historical center and very close to metro and train lines. Room was very spacious, our bathroom too Small hotel with cozy feeling and very nice staff
