Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Moldy smell. Pillows not comfy. They were flat and there was only one per person.

The hotel put us in a room with damp and a dehumidifier running thinking this was acceptable. When we asked to move they moved us but we were moved into a room with broken air con.

The pillows in both of the rooms were very flat, hard, and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor to disappointing. The ground floor, where our rooms were, was very clean but a little noisy from the surrounding taverns.
The rooms were well designed. The breafast area (hotel terrace) was excellent.

Would of.been nice to have been informed about the work being done at check in, the banging at 8am was a bit of a shock. Luckily we are early risers.
The location was amazing, perfect for enjoying everything Rome has to offer. The staff were helpful and helped recommend amazing place to eat across the street.

Beds and pillows were rather hard.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, only a short walk from the Trevi fountain and metro station. Clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The breakfast selection was not the best that we have tried. Eggs, sausage, and granola could be a nice add-on. The breakfast terrace has the potential to be very attractive for the guest if it was decorated with even more plants and flowers and if it was available for the guests to use more than just during the breakfast opening hours
Very nice staff at the breakfast buffet. Very good location when visiting Rome, it`s easy to get around from the hotel.

Triple room was not good at all , uncomfortable especially bathroom without a properly shower,so we had to change room with a superior . breakfast was not satisfied no many options just exactly same things every days and not 100% fresh .

Breakfast was not so abundant, some nice croissants but no cheese, hams or similar savouries.
Location was very good - close to centre (circa 5 minutes) and some nice restaurants nearby. Good sized room for 3 people. Staff were welcoming.

I took a flyer booking this hotel, I seen some reviews beforehand which were mixed but the most recent seemed positive. However, I would not recommend this hotel. Quite honestly, I have stayed in far better hostels. We arrived to the hotel around 11pm and went to our rooms, the bedroom and bathroom was filthy. There is no reception staff or security staff available after 8 or 9 pm. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, especially the bath and sink. It was covered in dirty stains and had pubic hair on both. I went out to reception the following morning and explained I wanted the room cleaned, the lady there apologized and ensured it would be cleaned. It wasn't, the beds were made and that was it. Went to reception the next morning and a different lady said they are so busy they don't have time to clean the rooms properly between guests which is unacceptable. You can hear everything from the room beside where we stayed. They are very quick to demand payment for a sub par dirty accommodation. My glasses fell behind the bed so we pulled it out and it was so gross. I didn't check for bed bug but I wouldn't be surprised if there was. The beds are solid and the pillows are thin so you need 3 or more to be somewhat comfortable. I'm pretty sure there is also mould on the ceiling. The bathroom mirror gets so hot when it is turned on, I slightly burnt my hand on it. I would definetly recommend getting different accommodation, a hostel would be way cleaner and safer than here.
The location is very central, few minutes walk from everything.

Location is great, easy to access to everywhere, room was a little small, but normal since all buildings in Rome are old and acceptable since living inside the history!! / I asked hot water to reception and they provide me a kettle, during my stay that was good for me make my own coffee and drink on the terrace.. / Breakfast was okey, I prefer to eat olive, tomatoe and more varity of cheese on my breakfast as Turk but Italian breakfast was okey too.. Thank you to all Hotel Team..!
