The hotel rooms show a bit of wear and tear, the shower stall caulking had some moldy spots, typical considering the Venetian climate, and the light nearby was coming away from the ceiling.

The location is excellent. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is better than most. The courtyard spaces are great for working or relaxing when there is nice weather. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The room was cold! And you had to tell them to raise the room temperature because you couldn't control the temperature. (I had troubled myself to tell them for more than once about this issue). They only had blankets, which is really not enough for the cold weather in winter Venice. (In January) I had to ask them for extra ones.

The staff was helpful, and the location is not bad. The room is big and quiet.

The decor was a little outdated, which I didn't mind. The view from my room wasn't great. There was a few mosquitos in my room at night. A kettle would have been nice, but not the most necessary.

The location was pretty central, close to the touristy areas but the street it is on was rather quiet. I had a good nights sleep, the bed was comfy enough. Decent enough breakfast as well. Good water pressure for the shower, and the room came with towels and a pair of slippers.

Only one of the staff guy I asked for little hot water and he didn’t not give and was unfriendly.

Location is great.3 min walk to San Samuel boat/ferry station.10 min walk to St. Marco Square.2 min walk to closest Spritz Bar,restaurants,etc. Hotel is clean,rooms clean.Value for what you pay. Breakfast was good.Good coffee, fresh bread rolls,crousants,boiled eggs, salami,ham,cheese. Room we stayed in was nice, clean,bathroom clean I would definitely stay there again

Art, style and history is what you want when you go to Venice. Those elements lacked in the room. Quaint bathroom, but bland bedroom interior. Needs more art, style, plants -- Love👍

Clean, but little corners of mould in the shower, should not be. Doors of the shower were unstable.

Very nice breakfast, different products, good coffie machine. Location is too much touristic, but good for travellers who visit Venice once or for a short time because the main highlights are all very near. Lots of room inside. Very silent location.

Good breakfast, clean and quiet, close to water-bus station. Venice is overpriced anyway, so taking that into consideration this was fine. Google maps struggled to find it, but once I got there I discovered it actually wasn't too far away from water transport. I booked a single room, so got a small single bed, as expected. The furniture and decor is old and dated, but perfectly functional and clean.

The room is extremely small and there are no basic facilities like an electric kettle or cups in the room and you can't use the microwave as well.

The breakfast spread was nice, and the place was very clean.

We rent 3 different rooms, and everything was alright, but the double bed room, was so small that 2 persons couldn't fit in the bed. So we talk with the receptionist and they give us another room without any problem.

Everything clean, organized, staff is great, we had breakfast included and it was amazing, everything fresh.
