Coffee needs to be a bit hotter. I didn't like the press sauna showers

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was in a great location, just a short walk from the slopes, and the facilities, including the ski room and wellness centre, were all excellent. The food was also a real highlight with a fantastic breakfast buffet and daily changing menu. Full board was good value for money.

Dinner was hit or miss. Many choices but not all great. When they got it right it was delicious.

I usually find something, but not this time...

The best "normally priced" hotel we have stayed in so far. Spa & wellness has totally exceeded our expectations with great selection of saunas, pool you can actually swim in, nice whirlpools, fitness and even a quiet area. Breakfast had great selection and coffee was very tasty. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff was very nice. But the feature that really elevated this hotel were the stunning mountains that surround the town of Colfosco (and this is coming from a guy living in the alpine region). The views are just amazing in all directions. We were staying in the hotel out of season (end of September) and there was still so much to do (hiking, climbing, biking, tasting good food and beer, spending afternoon in spa,...). Definitely coming back.

It would be nice if the hotel would have the option to change from to single blankets to 1 double. besides of that everything was great!

The facilities were really nice and cozy. The staff were polite and helpful, I also really like the warm pool with the view!

Great breakfast, amazing spa and facilities. Really helpful staff. The views from our balcony were beautiful. The bar staff made the best Sprits we've ever had. They even gave my wife a small birthday present at breakfast without us telling them that it was during the stay.

The temperature in the room was a bit too low. I wouldn t say it was cold, but it wasn t comfy warm either. Maybe having a way to adjust it would have been nice. Cleaning ladies are knocking at your door at 8 30 in the morning if you didn t display the "don t disturb" sign, so as a tip, make sure you hang that outside if you want to sleep more :)

The highlight was the food, both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, a lot of options, always fresh, for dinner there was usually a salad , fruit and cake bufet, and you had to chose other 2 or 3 courses. I felt like in a very fancy restaurant. Good selection of wines. The ski room was amazing, never saw someting like this before. Every room has a locker that opens with your card. Inside you find support for boots, helmets and gloves that pumps warm air to dry you equipment after use. There is a big table with tools for ski service, a sink and brushes to clean you equipment after each use. I was really impressed by so much attention to details. Beds wrre comfy, mattress was firm and provided good support during sleep, pillows were thin, perfect for me :) In the restaurant I overheared people taking saying that was their 7th year they return to this hotel, I can imagine why. Totally recommend. There are other amazing facilities, but I just wrote my favorites.

Location was excellent, and the facilities, especially the spa and outdoor whirlpool overlooking the mountains was beautiful and great to enjoy after a day of hiking (and I imagine would be great after skiing too). Breakfast and the buffet dinner were also great, as was having drinks on the terrace to unwind after the days activities! Staff were really friendly too. Would definitely recommend having a car in this location to get around, particularly in the shoulder season where there are less buses.

Minor point - but the spa was very busy, and with COVID restrictions it was hard to find a free treatment room or a spot in the indoor/outdoor pools while keeping to social distancing rules. I am not sure if sign-ups for 30 minute slots during the day would fix this, but it would allow more equitable access to guests.

The rooms were very large with big comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony that has a nice view over the surrounding mountains. Great water pressure in the shower; our bathroom also had a large tub. Free parking, good wifi, and an excellent breakfast were included in our stay. The spa facilities at this hotel were also very nice after a long day of hiking, particularly the outdoor whirlpool tub. Very close to a lot of hiking trails. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

The place is really noisy during the daylight. Few members of the staff are discourteous. Food wasn't so good.
