Everything, the staff are amazing always smiling and at your service any time, the cleanliness, the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. They have a great place for breakfast facing the garden and the pool and the food is good in terms of variety. Location is not far from the center and 10 min walking, the area is very quiet and convenient for the city lovers.

Highly advise to ensure before hand that you are getting a recently renovated room as older ones are in a rather sad state which can spoil impression of otherwise lovely hotel.

Firstly, the staff - simply amazing. Everyone we interacted with was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Special thanks and appreciation to Giorgia who went above and beyond to ensure that we have the most pleasant experience during our stay. The hotel itself is lovely and very conveniently located. Highly advise to have a meal at Harry's restaurant - great variety, quality and service.

This was our second stay at this hotel. A short 20-minute walk to the center of Florence. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from

Good location and service. Room was good size and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient particularly the reception staff Matteo and Giorgia. Concierge was excellent too and helped us with restaurant reservations and museum tickets

The prices of the restaurant and drinks were way too excessive. We are used to eat/drink in the hotels but not here: a price of a cocktail by the pool at 20 eur rivals central London, and burger for 35 eur just meant that it was easier to get all this outside for half the price. Rooms are getting cleaned very late - at around 4-5pm, which is not ideal.

Very nice people, great service, always trying to help. Excellent secluded pool area (although sometimes not enough sun beds). It was very hot outside but felt great by the pool. The hotel is not far from the city center - just 15-20 min walk so very convenient.

The food options were limited and very expensive. The location was a bit further from the center of the city, thus a shuttle would have been nice as we have stayed in Florence multiple times at other hotels, which had shuttle service.

The welcome was wonderful as we arrived very late. Check in was easy and quick, and we were even provided with after hours wine service as our travel day was much longer than anticipated. The rooms are beautiful, large, and well appointed. The staff goes out of their way to welcome you. Breakfast was nice and the pool area is really beautiful. We were traveling with kids and they loved the pool area.

The breakfast was decent but not a 5-star level breakfast. This would be the only point to be improved on.

It is a beautiful hotel and has the friendliest staff. The rooms were clean and pretty, the garden was lovely too. The concierge is extremely helpful and they even recommended a restaurant that turned out to be stunning!
