The location is not the best, it didn't bother us because we already know Milan, but if you want to go to the center or to the stadium or other sights, you should prefer a little longer ride by public transport and a transfer. You have about 20 stops by tram. The recommendation is the bus and then the metro. Considering the location, the price should be lower.

As per my opinion minus is time for dinner its start 19:30. And even you came there earlier nobody will serve you till that time. Portion is good size, not small like everywhere.

Breakfast was included in price. Personnel is really nice and helpful. Even hotel location is mostly at the end of Milan you could use train No.14 to reach all places which are most visited by all tourists. For people with humor recommend visiting L.O.V.E monument in Milan :)

The hotel advertises air conditioning but this is only switched on throughout the summer season. We went in April, it was 25 degrees and room was hot. Had to leave window open. Didn't get much sleep due to the street noise. Outside was untidy, nothing like the photos. Menu was OK but pricey for what you got. Bar was small with only one beer on tap.

The location of the hotel was good for getting the tram straight into the centre of Milan. Took around 30 minutes

Air conditioning wasn’t working, because it is still ”winter season”. Could be, but in our room on 6th floor we had 27.5C which is a bit too much in my opinion. Luckily window could be opened a bit. Location wasn’t very good - too far from the city, but that’s on us - we did not realize the whole Milan was so fully booked because of Marathon and some fair.

Croissants at the breakfast (4/4 votes in our family). Superhelpful, quick and very professional staff.

It is a little run down. The toilet seat was crooked and then fell off. You can tell it needs some renovation, due to much use. The bidet looked rusted; around the sink, worn from years of water or chlorine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It seems clean. The breakfast was good, with lots of choice. Real maple syrup!

No suggestions for improvements for the hotel. The hotel is a bit outside of the city, but it's a small tradeoff for the price. Reaching the city was a short metro or car ride.

Clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was great and it was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel and parking was available both in the garage and on street. Staff spoke English and were helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

The location (if you don't have a car) was quite far out of town. There's not really that much to do in area as it's mainly industrial/ residential. Not sure I'd walk about on my own late at night either. Public transport was accessible but often crowded and took a long time.

Family room was big and we had a bath. Toiletries provided and a bit of room in the fridge. Breakfast was great. Lot's of families. If you arrive by car - I think location works well for parking etc There is a tram nearby you can take to city centre but it's a minimum of 20 mins to the Navigli area, 40 mins to the castle etc. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Very surprised to know, you have to pay 8 euros per person to use the swimming pool and have to sign paperwork with rules and regulations. Size of the double beds were not big as expected. The location was 40 mins from Milan Central.

Unfortunately some of the facilities didn’t work well, like the sink or the AC. However, when we called the reception for support, they immediately sent someone.

The staff was really nice and also the location was good, just a couple off minutes from tram station and near to a bus station. Furthermore, breakfast was great. Also good that parking was available for a low price when compared to other stays.
