The bed was uncomfortable. They didn't provide any toiletries, not even soap for the hands. There was little toilet paper when I arrived, so I run out of it and they didn't put more. Also, the day of the check out the door of the reception was closed and I couldn't hand the key and towel to anyone, so I had to slide the key behind the door. They shoul've tell this in advance.

Hostel said that they haven't kitchen, but actually they have but it become private. Why? It is not understandable. Not comfortable beds and cold in a room. They also haven't normal badsheets and blankets which could be close to face.

It is cool area near Termini railway station which is also pleasant and looks like shopping mall. Nice stuff who tried to help in any questions.

THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT PRICES! Tourist Tax for a hostel in Rome is €3.50 a night, this is what your Booking confirmation says, but THEY MAKE YOU PAY MORE! They charge the hotel tax of €5 a night. If it's technically a hotel or something that's their business but I don't think it's fair that hidden surprise costs come back at the guest.

Apart from a bed and somewhere to shave, there was nothing in the room. No TV, no radio, no wifi except by reception.

The room was very basic but very clean. The bathroom was modern and fine.

The hot water was turned off during the night, I couldn't have got a shower after a long day.

The wifi doesn’t work properly. The water for the shower was luke warm in the morning, but was hot at night, so it may depend how recently someone else had a shower. There are lockers but a padlock is needed.

Initially I couldn’t figure out how to get into the property (fyi: press the hostel beautiful buzzer on the right side) and the beds can be quite close together in the dorm so it would be good if there were curtains or something for some privacy.

It was in a good location, walkable to most of the main sights and right by the train station with easy access to both airports from there. There were lockers in the dorm, just bring your own lock.

I have stayed here for 20 years (probably 15 times in total) but I think this will be my last. My single 'Luxury' room had at TV, wifi and fridge - none were working. To have a working TV and wi-fi in this day and age is NOT DIFFICULT. I am disappointed in the standard slowly slipping as the TVs have not worked for many years, but to not have wi-fi (except in one corridor on another floor) is unacceptable.

The location is excellent. 1 minute walk from Termini Lots of cafes and pizza shops and Conad Supermarket nearby. Pleasant staff. The bed is comfortable and the room clean. Reasonable air-conditioning. (Set at 16 degrees by EU law) Ok, some things are 'shabby' but you are not paying for the Hilton.

Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms and you had to go down 3 stories to access it ☹️

Beds were good was handy having steps to your bed as other hostels getting to the top bunk can be difficult.

Bathroom flooded and the shower drain is very slow to drain, bathroom door handle then fell off, shower basin was dirty - likely because the shower is so slow to drain. I only relaxed this at midnight so didn't speak to staff about it (I was only staying on night). My sheet had a cigarette burn.

Staff were accommodating and kind, they let me leave my bag at the accomodation when I was too early for check in. The location was good

The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly each day, so all toilets stank, which meant the seat needed to be down and the door of the bathroom shut so the room didn’t smell.

Beds are comfortable, big rooms and steps instead of ladders for the top bunks. Staff really friendly

The doors (not the room doors, but the communal doors) slam "all day", which makes it difficult to sleep. The picture online to describe the place, is not from this place.

The shower area in the bathroom did not look so clean. Otherwise, everything else was fine in there.

The location of the hostel is just beside the Termini station so everything is very nearby and easily accessible. The room was spacious and had air conditioning which was very much required in Rome.
