Great localisation near metro and bus stops, in walking distance from Milano Centrale. Park view. The building is obviously old, but everything inside the room was working properly. Bed was comfy, no outside noises to interfere a good sleep.

Weve had an old, rough blanket and a decorative cover to sleep under, it wasn't comfortable at all. There must have been a smoking area right outside our window as we could frequently smell a strong cigarette smell, windows had to be completely shut at all times. Hairdryer was quite a nightmare to use, it was old fashioned, heavy model where the on-button had to be held for the dryer to stay on. It was making it difficult to dry my long hair, especially that there was no protective mesh on the back that caused my hair to be pulled in and damaged badly.

It was located quite close to tube stations. There were stores and restaurants nearby. Reception open 24/7. Private bathroom.

Only italian tv shows available in the room on a relative old but flatscreen appliance, thin walls basically you can hear everything on the second floor whats happening downstairs. A little bit old fashioned bathroom but overall a good value for the money.

The shower in my room was broken. It was still useable, the top of the shower head was cracked so water was pouring out from the top instead. The shower drain also smelled sometimes so I kept the bathroom door shut.

I was happy with my stay here - the room was small but clean and nicely furnished. There was also a fridge in my room which was very helpful. The bathroom was also nice and very clean too. The plug sockets are the 3 pin ones so please make sure you have the correct adapter as the 2 pin adapter will not fit. The receptionist very kindly let me borrow an adapter and I was able to use this for my stay. The reception desk was managed by staff at all times, and every time I walked in someone would always walk over to the desk. You do have to leave your key at the desk when leaving the hotel but in my experience I never had to wait for staff to show up so didn't mind leaving the key. The hotel is by a park in a lively residential area. The park also includes an area for dogs, and so you can often hear both children and dogs playing nearby, but it was quiet at night.

The room is very small and tiny. I stayed alone and there was no place to put my little case and a backbag. It wasn't a big deal though, just a little thing

The place is pretty old but very nice and clean. Room cleaning and towel change every day. Staff is very friendly and nice, tried to help me even if they didn't know the answer to my question.

Clean rooms, lovely staff, very polite and friendly. There are metro stations close to the hotel and it takes 15mins in total to get to the Centre of Milan. Close to the central station too for connection to the airports. The neighbourhood is nice and has shops nearby.

I was looking for a reasonable hotel which is walkable distance to the Milano Centrale station. This hotel meets my requirements. The staff was kind. The room was a simple single bedroom and it was more than enough for my 1 night stay.

The room wasn't a true representation of what was advertised on the hotel website on booking.com it was very rundown, because it was so rundown it didn't have a clean feeling to it.

Size of smaller room could have been a little bigger. Bathtub seemed pretty old and not well maintained.

Bathroom was huge and clean. Also, small balcony was a surprise 😊. Staff was active and arranged early checkin for us. Rooms were clean.

Not a great value for money, the bed wasn’t comfortable, no kettle and the power sockets were too small to fit our adapters (probably oldschool)
