The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk didn't have a lamp, but it was delivered after I complained. I like the location because it's easy for my suppliers to pick me up. It's also walking distance into town and good restaurants. IL

Comfortable room. Nice breakfast with great variety. Friendly and responsive staff - immediately adjusted room temperature when we asked. Free parking outside the hotel (safe and convenient). The room was fairly depicted in the pictures at Booking.

There is nothing we didn't like, breakfast is ok, not want we really expected for 4* Hotel ..and the parking it was save...but it is really narrow... especially if you have a bigger car...

Breakfast Too many cakes which isn't my idea of a breakfast. Oatmeal or other breads for toast. The roof top bar had a very limited and mediocre menu. I also don't like drinking out of plastic cups. I would have preferred a restaurant/bar on the premises. You have the space.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room offered was a very good value The roof top bar was nice and pleasant, but not well utilized. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Too much effort in terms of number of cakes which isn't my idea of a breakfast.

Amazing to have the roof pool.. could I respectfully suggest that some flowers & shrubs would enhance the area & turn it into a little haven.

There is a bar in reception which does not open, this would be great on wet days. Signs for allergens on the breakfast would be helpful to those with dietary needs.

Location is somewhat far from the lake (20 mins walk approx) though the property is relatively close to a local train station and also the bus service. Area is a bit quiet at night, unlike the old town.

Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and shower is good. However the lights keep flicking, management needs to look into that (room 156).

The biggest downside to staying here is that it is quite remote. It’s a good 15 minute walk to the edge of town, which is where the bars/restaurants start, then a further 10 minutes to the Lake. More disappointing is that as there is no restaurant in the hotel, you have to go out for dinner. It’s extremely difficult to get a taxi in Como, and the staff get unfairly stressed by the pressure of not being able to arrange taxis. A hotel shuttle bus would resolve a lot of this. Not many restaurants within walking distance and even fewer bars. This hotel would be perfect if closer to the town but if you’re happy to walk, you will not be disappointed

Best attribute of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was both helpful and pleasant. We had a friend who became unwell and needed a doctor. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Calling for doctor and translating for us. Breakfast staff were also extremely pleasant welcoming, a lovely start to the day. Breakfast was good although not very varied. Cakes were fantastic. However the most cheerful and helpful just has to be Gaetano, the Pool Bar waiter. A smile for everyone, and nothing was too much trouble.
