Very dated and not the cleanest place but ok for a 1 night stay

The hotel was very conveniently located near the station which was great. The hotel was fine for one night passing through when i was barely there but wouldn't have wanted to spent anymore time then that there.

The accommodation is not luxurious or sumptuous. There are no lounges, bars, restaurants or communal facilities. If you wish to stay inside and take things easy, I would not choose this hotel. It does the basics well, clean accommodation, comfortable bed, good bathing facilities. Excellent centre for getting out and about in Naples.

The accommodation is on the second floor, 63 steps to climb. Room small but clean. Shower a bit tight. Plenty hot water. Toilet bidet sink all good. Towels changed every day. Location 10 mins walk from Central Station where excellent Servizze Turistici arranged wonderful tours of Pompeii, Ercolano and Vesuvio. No hotel food but breakfast cafe, supermarcato and umpteen ristorante all within 2 minute walk. Beds clean and comfortable. Air conditioning efficient and very quiet. We were 2 adults, father and son. You can have a double or two single beds. As long as you are travelling light, there is plenty of storage for clothes. Charging points for mobile phones. Chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, couple of shelving units, mirror, hair dryer, fridge (a boon in the heat) basic toiletries. Friendly helpful staff. Cannot comment on suitability for young children because I do not know if it offers family accommodation. You must check for yourself. Would we go again? YES!!

the shower is a fixed one so I had to stay away a bit not to wet my blowdry hair... and only 1 roll of toilet paper only on arrival . till morning it was finished.

Locaton of the Hotel is super. Next to Stazione centrale. 10 min away from central train station. You find taxis available at the train station. i would visit this Hotel once again if i go back to Naples

The man on reception doesn't speak English very well, but we got along. Toalet and shower are separate from the room, but it's ok. There are a lot of homeless people at the station, but they didn't cause a problem. (This is not a minus for hotel).

Location, every location can be reached quickly on foot. Balcony. Spacious room.

The aircon was noisy (maybe it haa to be for it to be v powerful?), the shower was too high and not good, the shower curtain was tacky. The area felt dodgy at night. Though good supermarket around corner and 5 mins walk to train station/main transport hub for city and elsewhere.

The room was smaller than I expected but loved the mural on the bedroom wall. Once you'd got through the dingy entrance way up a few flights of stairs and into the entrance it seemed like a functional hotel. Lots of clean towels. The aircon was powerful. He allowed us to keep our luggage there til 8pm. The room was quiet (contrary to other reviews). Safe in room.

Be aware if you take a room for 4 people: bunk bed is terrible. The upper bed is just about 50 cm above the first bed and that makes the lower bed very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the double bed as well. The bathroom doors open very loudly so be prepared to wake everyone up the moment you go there.

The most important facility - air conditioning - works well. The location of the hotel is very good for day trips to outskirts of Neaples (Pompei, Amalfi...) since it's only a 5 min walk away from the main station. If you want to only explore Neaples, somewhere in the old town may be better since Neaples' public transport doesn't exist after 10 in the evening. I was able to print flight tickets at the hotel as well and the bathroom was ok. The staff is helpful and let us store the baggage until the 20 o'clock in the evening on the day of check out.

someone played music almost until 2200hrs on a sunday night, if you had an early flight and a busy day it would be less than ideal. busy street nearby so do not expect quiet sleeps.

Being close to the station, the neighborhood is not ideal, we were almost pickpocketed coming back. The building is old, so there is no elevator.

The location is good because it's very close to the station. For a short stay it's ok. The staff is friendly. There is a small kitchen that can be used. The ratio price/value is very honest.

In the bunk bed, the bed was made in a way that the stairs were next you your head which is not very comfortable for you to lay down or get up. Also when another person goes up or down their foot will be very close to your face. It would just be a matter of changing how the beds were made.

The room was big and it had a great balcony. The toiles were clean and the place was quiet. The location was also preatty great since it was very close to the train and metro stations. It's also possible to walk to the center since it's about 30 minutes walking but the streets are very nice.

We needed one night's stay before we got on the plane early in the morning. A simple and inexpensive place for a short time. We were satisfied.

The staff. EVERY MORNING starting 7.30-8 oclock started cleaning and of course they slap doors and drop things, so ..normaly i woke up this hours, although i asked them to keep it quiter. Anyway, most of napoletan people are quite rude. The matress very old and uncomfortable Thin walls, windows and doors. Bad phoenic isolation Poor internet connection. They dont care or read booking requests( i requested 2 beds and when i arrive they said they didnt receive any request), so.,probably they dont read also this review!

The bed was quite noisy and also the street (but you are in a big city, so thats normal). The kitchen wasnt really well equiped - there were basic stuff such as kettle or microwave, but we missed f. e. glasses or bigger cups for tea.

A cozy accomodation in a great location - the shop is just in front of the hotel and the metro/train station is app. 5 min walk. The staff was helpful and friendly. We didnt have any problems. We also used the air conditioner, which we really appreciated.
