The receptionist didn't speak English well and they didn't pick up the phone when I tried to reach them. There were coffee machines which didn't work.

The location and transportation of the hotel was incredibly beautiful, on top of the tram and bus routes in Milan. It is a nice location with a restaurant and a bar, at most 10 minutes away from the center by public transport. Apart from that, the hotel is quiet, calm, maybe a little scary, but after 00:00 the reception leaves the hotel and the entrance door is only opened with your key. There is even a safe in the closet for your valuables. The hotel is clean and has everything you might need.

I absolutely hated the fact that I had to exchange a number of emails with the management to obtain an invoice, which I requested at the time of reservation. The correspondence from the management was in Italian, which I speak a bit, but I am by no means fluent, so every sent email left me wondering if I expressed myself well. Our rooms faced a square with very active nightlife which my companions found too loud.

The location of the hotel was very pleasant. Reasonably close to the historic city center and in a district with many vibrant restaurants and bars; shopping opportunities were also very good.

It is loud during the night cause there is bar. There is some strange smell. The staff was often not there. Air-conditioner could be very loud during the night.

Liked everything

There was no breakfast provided with this room, but could buy coffee and rolls at the bar in this hotel. There were plenty of places nearby for breakfast. Many restaurants for apertivo and dinner. The room was very clean and overlooked a park. The busses and trams were available right outside. The area was well-lit and safe. Value for the money was great. The available lift was greatly appreciated. Would stay there again.

There was a stale cigarette smokey smell in the room. Needed to open the window to air the room a bit before sleeping.

rude staff . we arrived 2 hour early ask if we could just drop our bags and where almost sent away , only an Italian gent arrived too and they accepted him . so had to accept us , the room was ready . Asked if we could stay another night , yes no problem.( Tuesday night not a weekend) we give you best price , was told at 10 am next morning to move rooms to another and price was double the price of booking the room last night , it was the same as the previous night no extras . told pay or go … we went . very unhappy . Booking.com had the room for same price as previous night . was going to spend my money with treatment like that . we left

Despite being clean, the hotel is in a faded/ shabby condition and in need of renovation.
