The Air conditioning, it is being controlled by the reception staff and they switch it off during day time even the guests are still in the rooms, it is really not comfortable. AC should not be controlled, this is very important for travellers and guests. This is even the reason why we chose this hotel because it has AC, yet we are disappointed that it is switch off at around 7 or 8am throughout the day, and even controlled by the reception at night, giving 26degreeC which is too hot and suffocating. The wifi is not working inside the rooms, again, we chose thos hotel because of wifi, but again, disappointed that wifi only works outside the lobby. The toiletries are not refilled on a daily basis, these things are paid. Even the number of towels given is not enough. Breakfast options are the same daily, they should at least have 3 options within a week. I cannot really recommend this hotel, because the important aspects on a stay are ldisappointing.

location is ok, accessible to a metro, but not really that walkable from the Central station. It has an elevator compared to other hotels, thus, it is convenient for the guests with big luggages.

Reception staff need to learn to smile, if you asked a question it seemed to be an effort to answer. No touristum information and very little knowledge of the city.

I would suggest carpets in the rooms because there is marble floor.

The hotel is very, very clean, quiet, with a great variety of food for breakfast. The location was nice near to metro, tram and most important very safe neighborhood. The staff was nice, especially YOUNES at the reception desk, he was very kind, professional and helpful. Grazie mille Younes 🙏 from me and my colleagues.

The only negative thing I would add is that there is no iron for pressing clothes in the hotel. This is an issue, in my opinion.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. You can walk to the metro in 5 minutes or the central train station in 10 minutes. There are lots of good restaurants in the surrounding area.

The room was tight, the breakfast was okay - would have liked more dry cereal - coffee wasn't particularly good

We liked the lobby area - our room was quite small and the shower as well - not too much wiggle room. Don't know other hotels in Milan so that we have no basis for comparison. Most of the staff were nice. Relatively close to the central train station. We walked from there to the DUOMO - which is a nice walk.

The window of one of the two rooms was next to several air conditioners, so the windows could not be opened due to the enormous noise and heat, so we had to sleep under the air conditioner, which caused us to catch a cold. The door to the bathroom could not be closed all the way.

The room and the bed are very small to fit two people, poor breakfast, staff had some issues with communication in English. All of the guests are asked to leave their room cards before going out. Even though hotel gives the option to pay upon the arrival, the money in the bank account is reserved a week earlier. Neighborhood of the hotel does not seem safe.

The dust on the wall. The not working minibar, it was not even cold. The uneven bed mattresses. Yes plural because the double bed was 2 mattresses. The air-conditioning which you have a controller but you can't really control the temperature of the room. A heads up, they do charge your card within a week with the cancellation fee, but they ofc give it back to you when you pay. Just to know for someone to not panic.

Where it is placed and that they offer free baggage storage after you check out, which is nice if your plane leaves later that day. The breakfast was really good and there was a lot to choose from. There really is a bar in front of the hotel, but we couldn't hear it during the night. We asked for a room with bath tub, and they managed to give us one, but actually I think you would be better with a shower as it is realllly small.

We loved the room, enough space and modern. Great for traveling with teens, reception friendly and kind to assist when taxi needs to be ordered. Close to Milan Central station. Breakfast was ok.
