It advertised that there is a roof top bar and pool but it is only open in June. It should be noted that the roof top bar and pool are closed from Oct. to May.

A bit far away from centre of city but was very close to tram which was only 2 stops to centre.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always willing to help. Breakfast had a great variety. The rooms were spacious and modern. Our car was garaged every evening.

It wasn’t clear enough that the rooftop bar and pool wasn’t open in certain seasons. One of the main reasons we booked was for the rooftop pool. We went early April time and the weather was around 23 degrees so would have been perfect. We were disappointed it wasn’t open for us to enjoy as part of our trip and would have gone for a hotel closer to the centre of Florence if we knew it wasn’t open.

Spacious, modern rooms. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool would have been brilliant but wasn’t open when we arrived which we didn’t realise when booking.

It wasn’t clear to us what in the room is provided for free, and at check out we were charged with some crisps at the mini bar.

We got the room with the view of the ferris wheels which is a bonus for my 4yo and he loved it. Beds were comfortable. Staffs were friendly.

Two days I tried to get a blanket for the crib and I finally didn’t manage.. really how hard is to get a blanket for a crib? The room was not well cleaned

Large, clean room in a modern hotel. Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was good. The hotel is a long walk or a short bus ride from the historic center of Florence. This location doesn't have as much character or density of shops and restaurants as the area closer to the center, but we did find a cafe and a grocery within a few blocks' walk. Our room overlooked a park and had a balcony, which was pleasant (although there was nothing to sit on outside). There was traffic noise from the multilane road across the park, but the windows and balcony door provided excellent sound insulation - no noise with them closed. We chose this hotel for comfort, not character, and were very pleased with it.

We had to wait until 16:00 (one hour longer than official check-in time) so that our room gets finally clean. And in the end the bathroom wasn't particularly clean (the marble part on the bathtub had some stains and the bathroom floor some spots as if they were leftovers of an old chewing gum).

The Room was enough spacious, the Bed was comfortable, the view to the Arno and Park was lovely. Breakfast was average but nothing was missing there. The view from Terrace on the Top is really amazing. And the stuff was really friendly and always ready to help.

Large group tour occupied areas and staff were too busy to take care of them. PC at reception didn’t work and I couldn’t get receipt. Roof top bar wasn’t open.

Access from airport is good. Clean and tidy. They have bath tub with hot water. Breakfast is good and enough. Staff is so kind.

No offering for drinks or snacks during the daytime at the pool area. Evening meal options very limited and almost impossible for someone with onion and garlic intolerances so we had to eat elsewhere. The signs indicating when areas were opened seemed out of date as we were informed that food could only be eaten at the restaurant, but those indicated that food was available on the rooftop terrace.

Loved the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds, the rooftop pool and terrace were an added bonus. Most of the staff were super helpful and friendly (all of the reception staff, the porter and the majority of the bar staff were lovely.) Easy to navigate to the centre from the hotel.

The city is amazing for food, expect the rooftop restaurant from this hotel. The dinner we had there was basic and tasteless. The waiter was a bit weird and made us uncomfortable.

The place is clean and has a nice breakfast. The rooftop had an incredible view from the city and the dome. The pool was great to refresh, my kid had a blast there and we could relax from the city a few hours every day.

It was a bit noisy sitting on balcony however that is due to proximity to the road.

Centrally located across from river and close to all amenities. Functional and had superior room with his and her sinks in bathroom, bath and separate shower,balcony and all mod cons. Rooftop pool and bar was a lovely addition. Staff were helpful and even altered me in room when I had inadvertently left something behind.

Very hot during our stay so the walk into the city was a bit too far. The tram however is nearby and excellent.

Comfortable hotel with good facilities. Good breakfast, nice rooms but a little noisy overnight from outside of the hotel. Good pool area
