No breakfast, the hotel was quite pricey (most likely due to the biennale).

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated just a few minutes' walk from San Marco and in a quiet area. The room was clean and spacious, and as it was quite cold in Venice, I was happy that it was warm in the room. The shower was also good, no issues with not having warm water or no pressure.

Outstanding location, generously sized room, beautiful Venetian decor, good sized bed, quiet surrounding, very close to the main sights, water pressure in the shower was good. We also enjoyed its proximity to the little bakery Pasticceria Bonifacio, which is selling very good croissants and cappuccinos for breakfast.

I stayed in the ground floor apartment and it is easy to hear other guests coming and going because they unfortunately tended to slam the door. It would be definitely worth putting up a note and giving guests a reminder to be gentle with the door and quiet on the stairs. An extra blanket for the bed would also be very welcome.

Great place to stay, fantastic location if you want to stay close to st marks square. Although only meters away for the centre of activity, the general area is lovely and quiet and away from any crowds. Exceptionally convenient too to the vaparetto lines 1, 2 etc

I wish the windows had screens so that we could open the window and let allow any bugs to come in. I also wished the the air conditioner was working when we were there in November. The shower was a little small but I am kind of used to that when traveling in Europe.

I liked the location very central to the city. The quick response via what's app and email was good and polite. We were allowed to bring a small dog with us without any extra charge. The rooms were situated side by side with our friends on the same floor. It was pretty easy to find and located in a quiet square in town. The room was warm at night and the sheets helped keep you warm.

The lady at reception was very welcoming and also accommodating. I was able to leave my bags safely; long after I had checked out. Great location in the heart of San Marco... though peaceful and quiet.

housekeeping came as we woke up everyday unfortunately (that’s on us) so our room was never cleaned during our stay, which was perfectly fine, we just ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more as reception isn’t always open.

Had to call a number to enter property since they are only there for a few hours. Since it worked there wasn't a problem but make sure to have a contact number.

We could hear almost everything from the next rooms. We had realy good neibours for the stay but we could hear the water from their room. I recommend ear plugs and just enjoy a wonderful location.

Location is fabulous, you are a few minutes walking from San Marco, but still in a quiet area. Very very clean room and bathroom. Daily cleaning service and bottle water provided. The person that helped us with the checking has given us very good recommendations where to eat traditional venetian food.
