Every thing was great. Park in the public multi story parking lot and put a paper that says the hotel name on the. Dashboard.

The location was in the middle of old Montepulciano and walkable to everything. Public car park was nearby. Roberto and his wife were excellent hosts.

Loved our room, our host bent over backwards to help us, and loved this hilltop town. Too bad some of the attractions were closed, but that happens traveling off season.

The host was exceptional. Very accommodating and guided us through the town, showed me where to park and eat. Couldn't of met a friendlier host. The room was great, and it's 5 mins walking from the town square. Breakfast was great as well.

There was a big scaffold outside of the room and we couldn’t open the windows. Nobody informed us about this.Also the room very expensive for the provided facilities.

The standout feature of this property was the host, who exuded friendliness and created a welcoming atmosphere, treating us like family throughout our stay. The place carries a charming antique vibe that harmonizes well with the town of Montepulchiano. The spacious room proved to be excellent value for money. I highly recommend this property.

Such a perfect place ! It`s located in the center, close to all restaraunts ,bars and shops. The owners of the hotel are fantastic people! So warm athmosphere, like you`re at home! It was a bit tricky to find the entrance. There were lots of signs and two entrances. But scaffold made if a bit tricky. Perhaps with the excellent parking instructions a picture of the from door and bell would be great

The shower in our bathroom was a bit dodgy, and the fan didn't work, but we managed.

La Terrazza is an old hotel built into the fabric of the hillside right in the centre of town. Consequently, from the hotel, you can access either the top or bottom of town very easily. Roberto, the owner and his wife Vitoria, were splendid hosts. Roberto has a big personality and makes you feel right at home, insisting that his house is your house and nothing is too much trouble for him. Navigating around town to find parking is a nightmare but Roberto took us to his own parking lot where we could park for free, which was massively helpful. He also gave us loads of info and recommendations. Our room was a decent size , clean and comfortable, a bit tired, but hey, it's an ancient building so understandable. Breakfast was good and served on a charming terrace. We had a very pleasant couple of days there.

Roberto was very kind and accommodating! He made us feel like family, helped us with our luggage and gave great recommendations for Montepulciano as well as our stay in Rome. Decorations take you back in time a little bit but it is fitting with the town.

Our hosts, Roberto and Victoria were fantastic. They welcomed us like family. Roberto kindly picked us up from the carpark and was proud to show us his town on the way to his place. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved staying at La Terrazza.

Great location, very close to Piazza Grande, lots of restaurants. Host Roberto very attentive, provided shuttle car service for luggage from car park. (P6 is the one and don't forget to phone Roberto when you arrive - I did!🤣). We had a lovely room with a seperate lounge area, original Tuscan features like oak beams and direct access to the Terrazza. Breakfast comprehensive Italian. No-one asked us to review our stay.👍
