The vatiety of the breakfast was a bit little. It was good to start the day but it would be nice if they had at least one vegetable. There is no lift in the building.

The staff was very friendly. Its near to the metro station. The room was small but clean, for a few nights it was perfect. The coffee was freshly made and it was delicious.

The hotel's wi-fi connection was not good.

The location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to M1 metro station. Breakfast is sufficient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks. First, there was a problem with hot water, which wasn't running for nearly 2 days (out of 5). Also, the wifi was practically useless. The bed blankets were rather thin for early spring.

First of all, the staff was really kind and helpful. Also, they made sure the rooms were really clean. And, being a tall guy, I particularly appreciated the large shower.

Everything was very good, just take note if you travel with luggages that it has a few steps to go down. However the staff was more than willing to help.

For this price of hotel - it was good value and a good location, you can't expect more.

This hotel is ideal for people coming into Milan by train to go to either exhibition centre. It is a short work from the Lotto Metro station with the Red and Lilac lines. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the breakfast was better than expected.

I got a room on the 1st floor (asked for it because there is no elevator), and I heard every step in the corridor. Had trouble sleeping because of this. The first floor is not for people sensitive to noise.

I chose this hotel for the location and the price. It met my expectations taking this into account. The room for one is small, but has everything you might need. The breakfast was very limited, but the coffee was good. The owner was thoughtful.

There is no lift, so if your room is on the 3rd floor, be prepared for some stairs. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Keep in mind that if you want to use the A/C, you will need to pay an extra fee per night.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location - in between Milan Malpensa and City Center, reachable by bus or metro. Also well connected to the Rho Fiera. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can find some places to have a dinner or anything else you need. Besides this, the hotel was very clean, our room was recently renovated, and the staff very helpful.

Not bad location. Near the underground and congress centre. Clean but small room. No elevator. The entrance is few steps down. My room was at the second floor very uncomfortable for the luggage.

As it was a small independent hotel, the staff had limited English, they sometimes made simple errors, like putting warm milk on the cereal. And not asking if I want coffee.

It was just 5 minutes from lotto metro station and 15 minutes walk from the conference centre, so location was excellent. It was clean and had an ensuite.

the walls seem to be made literally of paper. it’s the problem almost all hotels have, especially cheap and simple ones. fortunately, the neighbours didn’t make much noise. but if you are less lucky than me, it can be very noisy.

it’s partly shabby and obsolete, but due to its cleanliness I had very good impressions. I cannot even explain why, but I really liked this stay.

My room was on the first floor and I could listen to everybody on the stairs and downstairs. Don’t expect much room isolation or sleeping in late. Although it depends mostly on the people that book the hotel at the same time with you.

I got what I paid for. A really nice and clean hotel room with someone cleaning the room every day during my stay. The breakfast was also good and the staff was friendly. They even offered me an iron when I was in need :)
