good value and an excellent central location with all key sights within walking distance- good bus routes close by for the railway and stadium Olympica probably the furthest out we went. beds were comfortable and the shower worked well- room was quiet at night despite central location. staff were friendly and helpful. lots of cafes and restaurants nearby to make up for no breakfast. good pre communication- I was with my son so twin beds were there as requested- a factor in choosing the hotel ! very much an apart/hotel feel.

The only problem we had is that the reception staff is not present 24 hours a day, so after they left, some guests were shouting in the corridor, banging on doors, generally being very loud and behaving inappropriately (this of course has to do with arrogant guests who took advantage of the absence of staff! )

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, all major attractions are a few minutes' walk away. The staff is very friendly. the rooms are clean and tidy.

the toilet wasn't clean, one bed was with thorn bedsheets and without a blanket, the air conditioner didn't warm ( in january), hot water came only after we asked for turning on the boiler. the bedlinen were stinking from smoke.

The rooms seem to be furnished by Ikea with assembled furniture. There was a safe to store valuables, but it was not bolted down. The wifi had issues and did not reach into either room we had. There was construction right outside the front of the hotel.

The room was not so new. The windows are not noise isolated. During nights we heard very loud human voices, sounded like drunk people shouting and fighting. The water from the shower was licking despite the closed doors, so we had to drop many towel on the floor. Our room was located at the end of the corridor, so maybe that's the reason for extremely weak wifi signal. It was barely notable near the entrance, but inside of the room disappeared completely. We complained several times, the stuff promised to check, but nothing improved. We found a safety box in the room, but it appeared as not usable. The stuff again said they will check, but didn't even return with the answer. On the first morning we didn't have hot water in the shower. We told to the receptionist and the problem was solved towards the afternoon.

I guess the location is the best part of the hotel. It's located just near the Pantheon, in a nice historical and touristic area, with a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was ok for the price, with enough space for 2 parents and 2 children. The stuff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Someone arrived at 2:30 am and kept ringing the bell and calling the front desk even though no one from the hotel was there to answer. These noises need to be disabled because it ruined our sleep.

Not many hotel or in room amenities but maybe that's how it is in Rome.

The hotel is different as in its on the 2nd floor of an old building. They give you a key to the outside door, the inside door and another key to your room door. Three keys! The room is very small. It reminded me of a cabin on a cruise ship. All in all the hotel is in a great location, housekeeping does an excellent job and the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Location 1 min from the Pantheon and excellent coffee shop. Had a lift. The room and bathroom were small but layout worked well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable - firm but not hard. Had empty bar fridge, safe, cupboards. Felt newish.

The sink is clogged and there is no big mirror in the room so it's difficult to see ourselves with the outfit.

The location is perfect! The hotel has all the necessities needed. Shower is nice.

The walls are made of cardboard so you can hear every little thing from the next room. There is a large opening to the hallway under the door so you don't rest in peace here ;) Just hope for quiet neighbors and bring earplugs! ;)
