The hotel is in an excellent position in Rome! The room and bathroom were also comfortable and clean. We would have appreciated if the dining area was more equipped. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

No breakfast was offered at the hotel but was easy to have from nearby cafeterias. Supermarkets were also easy to reach. All people working at the hotel were very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is in the centre of Rome, near the Pantheon and very close to other cites. We managed to see many places on foot and enjoyed the scenery and what was happening as we walked. Managed to take a lot of photos.

The walls were paper thing, when someone came in in the middle of the night you could hear everything. The beds were a little thin but comfortable.

Very small shower cabin, defective shower system. And the guy at the reception talks so loudly that he wakes you up.

Daniele on reception was really helpful, including offering to arrange a car pick up from the airport at a reasonable price, lots of tips of where to go in Rome and providing a multi-plug when we asked for it. Location was perfect for walking to all the sights in Rome, nice cafes for breakfast just a few steps away - we loved the "Healthy bowls" and coffee at Gingers - and there's a really good night club literally just around the corner. Weather was perfect for sight-seeing - blue skies and a bit cool

The only thing which I missed was coffee facilities in my room, though there was a vending machine so we had to make sure we always had plenty of change.

Welcoming friendly staff, who would help in anyway they could and an absolutely fantastic central location which took a lot of the usual legwork out of a Roman holiday.

1. Strong cigarette smell in the room upon our arrival. 2. Stained linen on arrival. 3. Faulty shower head. 4. One day we got back to the room and it appeared housekeeping left the room open after cleaning. Thankfully, that day we went back to the room to drop off some items. 5. The room was very small.

Location, nice and clean and fresh. Right by the Pantheon you are right in the centre and next to one of the best attractions. Shadi and all the staff are lovely. So much going on you’ll never be bored in this area.

The safe was loose in the cupboard so we didn't use it. One can expect to pay a bit more in the heart of Rome, but it was worth it.

Location is excellent. A few minutes' walk from the Pantheon with its great, bustling piazza. A highlight there for us was Antica Salumeria with its great selection of cured meats, cheeses and wine. Having a platter and a glass of wine in the back of this shop is worth the visit. Hotel very central in historic district. Quiet with little traffic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Many restaurants nearby and next to reputably one of the best coffee shops in Rome, Sant Eustachio il caffe. A short walk to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Would stay here again.

The facilities were adequate. We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning leaking water but for a place to stay whilst spending most of the day exploring the city the room was ideal

The rooms are a bit noisy, but apparently that's the case everywhere in Rome. Very quiet at night though.

Location is top! We could easily walk to all the places of interest from Mimosa. The gentlemen at the reception are super-friendly and helpful

It was a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived after reception closed, but the owner made a great effort to contact us to explain in detail how to get in to the room, which was very reassuring.
