Thought €20 for a glass of wine & a beer was a little expensive

Excellent central location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Lots of choices for breakfast. Really enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard relaxing in the sun

Nothing. We liked everything about this place.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the Duomo, Accademia and many fine restaurants. The hotel consists of 3 buildings situated around a garden. When you enter the Mona Lisa, you leave all the noise of the city behind as you enter a peaceful garden setting. The hotel's public areas are adorned with art. One evening they had a harpist play - she provided a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and will do whatever they can to be helpful. They have a nice breakfast with a variety of breads, pastries, fish, cheese, Italian meats, fresh fruits and cakes. Ramish took great care of us at breakfast over the four mornings we were there. Next time we make it back to Florence, we will return to the Hotel Mona Lisa. My only suggestion is to get a room with a terrace overlooking the garden.

No complaints, it was perfect.

We loved everything about the hotel.....location, staff, breakfast was fabulous, and we loved the piano player while eating our breakfast and topped off our evening with a cocktail in the garden. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Florence, Italy.

Everything!! From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The staff was helpful and assisted us with our luggage, getting us taxi’s, giving directions and suggestions. The breakfast was amazing and the wait staff was attentive. The gardens are beautiful!!!

The gardens were gorgeous/so well cared for! The furniture and decor were elegant, bed was super comfy and the free toiletries were great! front desk staff very helpful... location was so close to all! and it served a stupendous breakfast--the absolute best-- so classy and fresh with huge variety and great coffee!

Initially was given a room on the ground floor which was very dark. Asked for a room change to the first floor which was much better with natural light and view of the garden. Ask for 1st or second floor room if able.

Great location - walking distance to all the museums and cathedrals as well as the Ponte Veccio Bridge but off on a quiet alley. Felt safe as a solo traveler. Good showers and A/C. Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit delicious pastries and eggs if you wanted them. Go to museums early in the am as they get very crowded after 11:00 am.

Our triple room was surprisingly large w/ private elevator and a/c. Breakfast had something for everyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. The garden was especially nice to relax in after a long day.

Nothing. This is going to be "our" hotel for every stay in Firenze going forward.

The room size and quality exceeded expectations; the courtyard garden was peaceful, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The hotel staff was friendly, warm, and amazing. We couldn't have been more pleased with the hotel, the room, the location. Just minutes to the Ufizzi, Galleria, Duomo, and restaurants, cafes, and the Firenze equivalent of bodegas to stock up on water, etc. But the hotel made it all happen. Being happy in your hotel makes all things possible.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Clean room with everything you need. Comfortable bed. And as a bonus the calm garden. Delicious breakfast, so tastefully set with fresh bread and a lot of fresh fruit. I will defenatley stay here again my next time in Florence.?

Lots of little step downs as you went from one area to another. Two doors with locks and two small steps to enter our bedroom. You just had to get used to it and it was fine!

Wow! Once you walked through the door from the tiny tucked away street it was amazing! Lovely contemporary furnishings in the lobby area, ancient sculptures and period art works and the breakfast dining area was fantastic! It was once a convent then a home/palace. Lovely original place from the 15th century! Full service hotel- wonderful breakfast and staff.

Very minor issues,: the air conditioner made a ratteling noise all the time it did not bother me. The toilet seamed to leak a little water through the bottom and the bed pulled apart and there were ants in the bathroom

location is very close to places I wanted to visit and restaurants. The hotel grounds were picture perfect, every view of your hotel could be a post card photo!!!!

No tea or coffee facilities in the room or available for self service. Ordering from the bar was inconvenient and drinks very expensive compared to what we paid on the street. The gardens were lovely but the policy of no outside food in the garden or at the sitting areas made it uncomfortable for us. Aperol Spritz in the street with the same service & quality was €5-8 but in our hotel €15. As we were staying 4 nights and didnt want to eat out all the time we would have loved to have maybe some pizza from takeaway and ordered drinks from the hotel and eaten in the garden.

Loved the building and gardens. The room was small but comfortable. Staff were helpful and nice to deal with. It is in a fantastic location to walk to all the attractions.

Loved it all

It was so laid back and felt like a different world from the mainstream Florence even though we were just a few minutes away. The staff from reception to breakfast to room service were all so friendly and helpful, special mentions to Erica, Laura and Robert

The bathroom had a bathtub, and the curtain didn’t do a good job keeping the water in the tub.
