Nice clean room right on the lake with plenty of space and an incredible view from all of the rooms. Couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. Nice veranda to enjoy breakfast on. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

Breakfast: A rich offer, everyone will choose. Excellent coffee! Lezzeno is not very attractive for tourists, so you will not meet crowds of tourists, the town lives its peaceful life. The view from the apartments on the lake is absolutely unique.

Just loved the location right on the lake & gorgeous, light filled studio apartment. Access direct to lake if you want to swim. Kitchen was well stocked. The balcony area was perfect for relaxing & watching the sunset over the lake after a day exploring. Was a bit of a refuge after the hustle and bustle of the busier towns around lake Como. Easy to get to ferry or bus to take you to larger, more touristy towns.

Adorable lake front property. Bed was super comfortable. Cute little balcony with table and 2 chairs with the most gorgeous view. AC unit in the room. Short walk away from 3 local restaurants (reservations needed).

The room above had two children staying so evening uptil about 2300 and mornings from about 0700&0730 they were jumping around of the furniture so every noise was heard in our room directly below

I liked everything!

This was an amazing property located only a few feet from the water’s edge with a beach area and a walkway next to the lake. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The sound of the waves made by the boats added to the romance and coziness. The owners were super friendly and helpful in recommending a local restaurant and activities in the area. Thank you Constantine! It doesn’t get better than this!

- The bed was extremely soft and there was a lot of noise outside until late night. - The waves are very loud as well, so sleeping with open windows is not always possible - a working AC would have definately helped. - Cash only

The location was perfect and the view from our room was amazing!! 10 minutes on the bus to Bellagio and a local ferry port to get to other beautiful places around the lake. Absolutely stunning scenery and we loved the local restaurants. Our favourite local restaurant- Aurora is a 5-minute walk up the road. It's best to book in advance as it gets busy but the atmosphere, view and food are excellent. Thank you for making us feel so welcome at the hotel we just loved it!

The view from the balcony was amazing, right before the lake. At night you can hear lake sound, however if you wish u can close the balncony and soundproofing was very good. The location is easy to get by bus from Como train station.

really amazing view toward the lake, you can hear the water at night. and there is zero car noise. you can hop into the lake . a car makes sense so it’s easier to get there, but once there you can hop on a passenger ferry to see other towns. it’s a 15min walk.
