I am extremely surprised and thrilled by the hotel, very modern, very clean, very helpful and well-trained staff. I had only booked a single room but this is really big and has a very nice, large and extremely comfortable bed, large, well-equipped bathroom. Free water (still and sparkling) and free coffee. good selection in the mini bar, but what convinces me most is the fact that check out is only at 1 p.m. Can other hotel chains learn what customer service means. 5 min away from Metro Station UDINE ( green Line ) very central

The room was clean and comfortable. There were two (!) showers together so if a couple is in a hurry they can both take a shower at the same time, I haven't seen that before anywhere. Breakfast was really good with variety and exceptionally good bread and coffee; the price of breakfast was reasonable, and the dining room was bright and airy. The reception employees were pleasant and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel 6-7 years ago and enjoyed it very much when it was brand new at that time. After many years, we chose the same hotel as we had to stay in Milan only for one night. Unfortunately it was a bit torn down, so it wasnt like we expected to find it. Our room had too much of a perfume smell (it wasnt a bad smell but just too much of a nice room perfume which did not go away even when we left the window open for many hours). It was so strong that I couldn't fall a sleep, but the staff at the reception was really really helpful. They came and checked the room, confirmed that perhaps the cleaner sprayed too much odor to the room after cleaning and found us a better room in the middle of the night. Thanks a lot!!

Germany1. The room I didn't like too much. It was ok, but I have much better rooms for a lower price in other hotels. So the cost to quality isn't very good. The water sink was jammed and one lamp in the room didn't work (it was fixed after the request). Also, it was quite complex to close the door to the bedroom 2. Doors to the rooms are made with some "burned" design. It should be cool, but in practice, it is quite bad as you can damage your clothes. 3. The balcony had around 3-meter walls, so there was no view from the room. It more looked like a basement :)

There are some free public parking spaces around, but they are packed, so it is complex to find a free place near the hotel 3. The design of the hotel is controversial :) 4. The breakfast isn't bad, compared to other places (eggs, some peace of meets, and bread, so pretty standard). Also the restaurant area is very beautiful on the roof top! 5. Connection to public transport is quite good. It is around 5 mins from the metro station 6. There is a very good cafe nearby!

PolandFirst and foremost the room wasn't as clean as 4 years ago. I mean, the room itself was very clean, but there was some scale on floor nearby the shower which looked rather disgusting and also you couldn't fully close the shower cabin which caused water to overflow on the floor. I would also install some additional towel hangers on walls, since there are only 2, on which bathrobes are hanging. Secondly, in our room we had light switches placed directly over my head when laying on the bed, which caused some unintentional turnings on of the light.
This was our second stay in Nu Hotel (the previous one was back in 2018), and the hotel is still very good, but I found some flaws which I hadn't noticed during the first stay. In terms of rooms, the bed is very comfortable, and we really liked the automatic shades. Breakfests are still very good, lots of types of breads, fruits, hams and desserts. I also like the location, it's rather quiet and calm, there is a big supermarket 200 meters from the hotel and a metro station nearby. It takes around 20 minutes to get to Piazza Diomo by the metro. Also the great asset of the hotel is staff, they are very kind and helpful. Overall, I would stay there again.

United States of AmericaWasn't a fan of the lack of WiFI. It would show that we had WIFI, but it wasn't actually working. The plugs would only work if the lights were on so we couldn't charge our phones while we slept. Luckily we could charge our phones in the car.
The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The room was also very modern looking and really decorated nice. The staff was really friendly as well. Overall I'd say I liked and loved it.

Hong KongThis is the 3rd time i stay in Nu Hotel. Their room still the same comfortable, clean & good service since my last visit around 3 years ago before covid-19. I like their breakfast, spacious bathroom & good location, no matter i take metro at Udine station to the city centre, or have a morning or evening walk in Parco Lambo nearby. And I also recommend this hotel to lady solo traveller alike me, since the hotel is at a calm neighborhood and the main street to metro station, when you go back to hotel at night, there is still some nice pizzeria or restaurants opens and people on street that make your feel safe.
