Room was super small and air conditioning was not working at this period of the year (end of April), it was hot. Bathroom also tiny. Sometimes a very strong bad smell came out of the bathroom.

Nice staff, excellent location, great breakfast, nicely decorated, incredibly quiet considering its crowd location!

location and friendly & helpful stuff. Room was clean and the breakfast was superb! The lady at the dining hall reminds me the Italian Mama from the movies. I love her. She made my day every morning. Definitely will stay again.

I liked everything - but to make it even better would be to have a shelf or something in the bathroom for your own toiletries to go on and a full length mirror by the bedroom door would be a bonus.

Amazing location right in the centre but very quiet at night due to the double set of windows so perfect! Literally 10 minutes walk to train station. Lovely decor and bed comfy! Very nice help yourself breakfast included. Great place to stay.

Everything was great! Excellence in everything. Friendly staff, great services, high-speed wi-fi, fantastic location. Breakfast is limited, but everything was tasty. Could be better to have slippers in rooms. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Undoubtedly, I will stay at the hotel on my next visit to Florence too. P.S. Florence is wonderful!

Nothing to dislike about our stay, perfectly placed for exploring the city.

The hotel was perfectly placed, less than 10 minutes walk from the T2 tramline final stop, which you take from the airport. Our room, 409 was one of the recently refurbished rooms and was perfect. Everything brand new and no expense had been spared on the furnishings. The room overlooked the Medici Chapel and a small square with cafes and restaurants yet the double glazed windows stopped any street noise. The staff were so helpful. Can not recommend enough.

I could only recommend this place! The hotel is easily accessible and surrounded by charming Italian streets. I got an amazing room with a view of Florence, which I truly enjoyed. The room service was great as well as breakfast that were always generous and tasty. Last but not least, I must give special credit to the nicest personnel! Thank you for sharing with me tips and being so helpful. I would love to visit again, and till then I hope to learn to make Italian tiramisu!

The hotel is in a most convenient and interesting location, right above a square and by a site, but with double windows, I was not at all bothered by the sounds of life outside! The location is excellent, within just a few minutes to the Duomo area and to shops and restaurants and walking to other major sites in this beautiful city. Also close to the train station. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast VERY nice in a lovely big room overlooking the Medici Capella. Staff very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommended!

There was plumbing issue next to my room which seemed to affect water leakage in my room for one day . Though the staff were very good about checking and taking care of it .the noise and worry could not be avoided .

My room was very narrow - with just a single bed. No tea/coffee making facilitites in room.

Very central location - near the station and right in the centre of things. . Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of items.

I was very impressed with how well everything was done, so there is nothing to report that I didn't like.

This hotel is very central, easily located and in a very enjoyable location with many cafes and vintage shops. The breakfast room was very relaxing, and all the food and drinks offered were appropriate and accessible for self service, while staff were always on hand for any help needed.

breakfast time was late - usually hotels start breakfast from 6:30am but this hotel started at 7:30am so i missed two days as I had early morning starts so couldnt enjoy this service
