The location is excellent. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. The size of the room was perfectly reasonable, given the location and cost. The bar, terrace and outdoor patio area were a great bonus.

This was amazing place. The size was perfect for our family of four. Large space with a huge outdoor deck. Kitchen was well equipped for use. Great location in the middle of everything Venice.

The apartment was much bigger than expected, and was absolutely beautiful. The balcony overlooks the nearby square and added so much value to our trip. The staff was incredible and looked after our family at every turn. They accepted our bags as we got in early and stored them for us without complication. Then after check in advised us on how to get the most out of our short stay. I will be bringing my family back to this establishment very soon.

The breakfast was delicious every morning. We enjoyed that there was a variety and the menu changed daily. The people who prepared the coffee and hot breakfast were all wonderful! Check in staff were also incredibly friendly and even got us a room upgrade!

The room was heated higher than we'd have liked and we struggled to get the heating to stay off once we had turned it off, but we had two big windows so it was fine!

A beautiful peaceful hotel in a central location but without being overly touristy. Beautiful rooms, and a lovely courtyard. The breakfast was outstanding both in range and quality and served in a stunning room overlooking a canal by very helpful and warm staff. Very comfy bed.

Only thing I would advise is maybe don't ask staff for food recommendations. We did and I thought it was odd that the only restaurant recommended was one about a fifteen minute walk away. The food was good, but I do think they must have a partnership with the hotel because there were several good restaurants a lot closer to the hotel.

Room was gorgeous and the location was very central, right in the middle of St. Mark's square, the Rialto bridge and Ponte de'Accademia so everything was about a five minute walk. We had a standard and it was a little small, but the shower more than made up for it. Breakfast was lovely and so were the staff, always very helpful and personable! No complaints.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location! Right in the heart of Venice, yet quiet. The hotel is classically decorated, and the breakfast has to be one of the best I’ve ever had (eggs, sausage, potatoes, a selection of pastries, mimosas, meats, cheeses, and a delicious homemade amaretto cake!), all served in a beautiful room overlooking the canal. The service was warm and friendly, and our room was cozy and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again & again.

Absolutely nothing, I seen previous reviews commenting on the size of the bathroom, but I found it more than adequate, quality fittings and a great shower. We wanted for nothing.

The property is right in the heart of Venice, the entrance is a statement with the red carpet over the bridge. The staff on arrival and throughout the stay were very welcoming and charming, then the suite was simply spectacular, something out of a fairy tale. To top it off the breakfast was stunning, we were looked after so well and nothing was too much trouble. Great staff, stunning hotel, amazing location.

The apartment is beautiful. You feel like in a little Venetian Palace. It has a wonderful view and it has everything you need. Clean, spacious and with lots of light. The receptionists of the hotel are extremely attentive and responsive.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. This was our second stay and we will be back.

The room was a nice size and very comfortable. The location is very good. An easy walk to most sites, and a very quiet setting. The breakfast selection is amazing. Plenty of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries, plus eggs to order and a changing special of the day. Also a Prosecco cocktail with different juices each morning. The staff at the hotel are truly welcoming and make you feel very much at home.

Jacuzzi wasn't working for the first three days of our stay before they fixed it. It's a suite rather than an apartment, so it doesn't have any kitchen. We weren't expecting one, so we didn't expect one. It was perfect for our needs.

Gorgeous apartment suite in a great location. Less than 10 mins walk to San Marco or Rialto and Accademia Bridge. On a lovely Piazza. Lovely roomy apartment/suite with Jacuzzi in a separate room. Great nespresso machine and a fridge with a small freezer - handy for storing some food/milk. Two vaporetto stops on the grand canal within 7 mins walk (number 1 and 2 vaporetti) Gondola rides and water taxis available right in the square in front of the suites.

The third bedroom with 2 single beds did not match the decor of the other 2 bedrooms and the mattresses weren’t that soft. Would suggest yellow paint… The big tv screen had a lot of cells blown/green.

Couldn’t think of anything at all that I disliked didn’t come across any issues.

This hotel had service with a smile. The employees couldn’t have been more helpful very approachable gave great advice on directions made sure we were okay with everything in our room. The location was great not far from the major tourist attractions all within a short walk. We stayed in a wellness suite which was extremely spacious very modern so clean had great additional features. Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had.
