Our room was not as tastefully decorated as the others from the photos no tea/ coffee making facilities would have been a good addition in the room and a little overpriced jn my opinion.

The breakfast room is rather small such that the number of diners is rather limited. Breakfast was pretty standard Italian hotel fare.

The rom was huge, stylish and had a balcony onto an internal courtyard. It also nicely had a refrigerator. Very clean and roomy. The check in was very smooth and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpfu.

Our room was the Mercury room Amazing room with beautiful classic decoration. Spacious bathroom Very clean with daily cleaning by the hotel. Fresh towels as well. Really impressed by the service Overall I would go back if I visit Florence again and I recommend it strongly

a modest breakfast, which in general can be skipped. We did not immediately cope with the shower, since the mixer and tap were not standard.

This is truly a large Palazzo building, the beautiful courtyard with columns and high ceilings in the room create exactly this feeling. To our joyful surprise, despite the height of the space, the room was very warm. We read in advance in the reviews that the floor was cold and took slippers with us. We arrived earlier and were able to leave our things in the office, but since we returned to the hotel after 18.00, they left us instructions on how to check in, and this did not cause us any difficulties.

Our room didn’t look like the photos, we didn’t have doors that opened onto an balcony over the courtyard, instead we had a small door in our bathroom that opened up onto a view of roofs and aircon units. The bathroom also looked different we didn’t have a bath in there and the shower was in a little alcove that was covered in black mould. We did see some other rooms that had the doors open as they were cleaning and they looked much nicer.

On our first stay, the AC wasn't working in our room. On the second stay, the refrigerator didn't work. Breakfast was OK, not great. One word of caution... this hotel is not handicapped accessible. You must bring your luggage up a few flights of steps and the breakfast room is located down a flight of stairs.

Room was well sized. Staff was excellent, especially the woman who worked the morning of Monday, Oct. 2. The hotel is located in a nice central area of Florence.

We had twin beds in our room . my wife's bed was ok but mine was very hard . The Breakfast was not so good .

Wifi went down for a little while during our stay.

Very comfortable, clean and good value for money. The location is walking distance from everything and there are a number of fantastic restaurants around. I read a few reviews that had meantioned some negatives but I honestly didn’t experience anything of the sort. The staff where very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned for us every day with fresh towels, the aircon worked and the mosquitos where minimal.

Three things, that I must to mention🙂 firstly for three days there wasn’t hot water. I understand that things can be broken, but three days is too long, especially in summer. But then problem was fixed and it was ok👌🏼👍🏼 Secondly more serious problem, air conditioner didn’t work properly. It is turned on and doing some noise, but cold “is not in the building”🙂 this problem should be fixed☝🏼 And at last, this beautiful place ( I really liked it despite on the problems that I have mentioned) has very poor breakfast. It is also not a catastrophe, but it is not match for everything else in this hotel.
