Rooms and reception are so close, so all noise can be heard inside.

The location is excellent. It's the heart of Rome. And the price is quite good for Rome.

The guy who checked us in had a bad attitude. He kept our passports after scanning them and I had to ask for them back. I don't think their guy employed should be dealing with customers.

Parking was not on site. There were suggestions about where to park and we did find a park in the street behind, but the area they seem to suggest across the road appeared very difficult to get into.

Check-in was a little confusing, as the available rooms are spread across a few different buildings. The first one we got to was the wrong one, and we had to walk a few more blocks to find the right one. The shower door was leaky and we had to keep a towel on the bathroom floor to avoid flooding.

Room was in a safe and quiet building near a technical school. Convenient walk to the train station, restaurants, laundry service, etc.

There are multiple properties and we ended up at the location given by palma and had to wait for 15 min for the reception person to turn up. This inspite is already informing the time we would be arriving at booking.com. And the number given on booking.com wasn't working.. The check-in experience can be improved.

The room and the location is excellent. Very contral from termini and the facilities are very good for the cost(kettle is not there).

Block B is further from Roma Termini and difficult to find and enter. No signage so we had to ask people on the street which wasn't great at 9pm. Luckily we found a fellow traveller who had managed to find the reception.

The picture of the kitchen led me to believe you could use it, but the lack of Cutlery and crockery was surprising. You can not even make a cup of coffee in the morning

Like many other cheaper hotels in that area, you stay in an "annex", which is just a regular apartment building (with no hotel reception) where rooms of some apartments have been converted into individual hotel rooms. How good your room is ends up being the luck of the draw. Mine was a small bedroom with a window to the building's interior, attached to a somewhat smelly bathroom and separated by thin walls from other rooms. It was functional and sufficient for an overnight stay, but if you are looking for comfort in Rome, maybe this hotel is not the top of the list.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Roma Termini (Rome's central train station).

The check-in was a bit complicated, when we arrived at Palma Residence they told us we had to go to an annex building in another location - made us lose some time.

No hot water in shower.

Near to Termini Station but could not have a hot shower during my stay. The shower got hot only for 30 seconds then got cold again! Have been told to leave running the water for 5min I have tried to let it runs for 5/10/15 min and did not work properly. The bathroom sink tap was fine. The night staff did not speak English properly so he seemed a bit rude at first impression but he tried to help us with shower but did not work.

The only thing is the elevator, quite old and one time the water boiler is missing and I missed drinking my morning coffee (which is very important). The television settings has this narration thing that I cannot remove and it's irritating.

It was unexpected, I like that it looks newer than the ones in the photos. I guess the room we stayed in was completely renovated. Overall, it was very comfortable, they changed towels every day and cleaned the room. The location is superb. Very good value for the money. Recommended👌

The reception is not located at the actual residence. And the person at the front desk was not pleasant. The entrance hallway and elevator looked like something from a horror movie...the actual room was ok though.

It was a bit tedious to find the right bell outside, because the building has a lot of apartments… and we had to wait a lot outside a couple of times for someone to open the door for us.

Regardless of the outdoor, where was a bit disgusting walking through the dirty streets… the apartment was spotlessly clean. It’s a very modern room, I could sleep very well.

Really nice modern facilities. Great location about 10 minutes from Roma Termini and 3 metro stops from the Colosseum. Would definitely stay here again.

Another pillow… there was one is cupboard yet no pillow case.

Love the old building, marble stairs, good budget room. A few minor thing… another pillow, check all light switches, oil squeezing b room door.. regardless, the location, building, staff experience for a budget hotel… great. I would stay again.
