The location was very far from the centre used the funicular to get down the hill (very reliable and ease of use) walk was lovely though with beautiful views. Spent quite a bit on taxis.

Some renovation going on my floor meant a bit of dust but it wasnt too inconvenient- the view more than made up for it!

Temperature regulation in the room were not the best.

Breakfast was nice. The location was beautiful as you can see Mt Vesuvius and the coast while having breakfast.

The restaurant had holes in the roof right over where we were eating. The food was okay. No alot of selection for drinks.

I got the "mountain view" room which actually looks nowhere, to the big rock 1 meter away from the window. I understand that I went for the cheapest options, and that hotel is actually made on the rock, but still :-)

Fabulous view, great value for money. convenient location, close to the vivid area, but in a quiet neighborhood.Very convenient to come with the car, as there is no problems with finding the parking place. nice friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and inviting. They included breakfast since it was our honeymoon. They made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The dining room staff were rude and dismissive at dinner on our first night. We dined out more often because of this attitude. The reception instructions for using the relaxation facilities were vague and confusing.

Outlook was great and lounge area elegant. Being told about the funicular was essential for access to the city - so thank you for that ! ! how to use the ticket machine needed to be clearer.

The spa is not actually on the property and the ad on Booking does not specify that it is a local spa down the street. Smart TV in room would have been nice so that guests can stream shows in their native language.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. View from room and restaurant was stunningly beautiful. Excellent location close to shopping, public transport, beach and sights. Restaurant staff was excellent and food was delicious.

The rooms were super small and you can’t go to the bathroom without stepping almost into the shower and closing the door completely. I had the queen deluxe room with sea view and I can’t imagine two people in that room. The location is very far from everything so you have to pay for a cab to go everywhere.

Pool requires special reservation which was unexpected. Rooms were tight/small.

Beautiful spot outside of city. Views were on incredible. Not walkable to much, but easy with a quick cab ride. Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was great.

No complains to be honest. The hotel feels renewed on some areas so it's deserves their stars. The restaurant wouldn't be my first choice to discover the Italian food, there are better places around, especially when you walk down to the harbor area.

I was here before many years ago and had a great memory of the hotel. Especially the view on the Naples bay and Vesuvius makes the difference. Having breakfast on the rooftop bar with this view is a really good start of the day. There is a parking garage at the opposite of the hotel which you can book via the front desk. Friendly people and for us Dutchy people it feels strange handing over your car key to a complete stranger but your car is in good hands. If you want to go by foot to the city center, reconsider your options. Perhaps the distance feels ok, the differences in height will be a blocker for some people. But a train or taxi are good alternatives.

Air conditioner in ceiling was dripping on floor & down wall in room. Front desk staff didn’t seem as friendly, welcoming….or concerned about water leaking in room. Hotel didn’t offer information or assistance on what was in the area or provide guides to help navigate area for visitors. Pool is offered as a feature within the property, but reservations and fee is involved in order to use it.
