The lack of a small wardrobe, some more drawers or shelves would be good. If you are traveling as a couple, there is very little space for storing clothes.

Good location, 20 min walking distance from Fontana di Trevi. Wery good bus and metro connection. The highlight of the hotel are the mattrasse and pillows, top quality.

Sometimes there was no hot running water, so we had to take shower in cold water. Walls are really thin - we could hear everyone talking or walking in the hallway.

Extremely thin walls, we could hear everything from the reception and other guests and also from outside (traffic, pigeons), sometimes we struggled to sleep Here and there obsolete items (toilet flush covers fell off on the first time using) also sometimes bad chlorine smell when coming in the room in the evening

The room was comfortable enough but was smaller than we expected by looking to the pictures. The old electrical outlets worked but its something that could be improved. The shower door wont close completly, so we had to be a little bit carefull.

Attentive and available staff. Great location- 20 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes from Villa Borghese garden with bus stop nearby. Minifridge in the room was very usefull.

The only down side was the noise, you could hear everything around you, the other guests and other neighbors!

I was pretty amazed by the hotel! It was better than I thought would be, the room was not very big but was cozy and perfect!! The staff was super nice and helpful :) the distance from the center wasn’t that much, it has many options for public transport but by foot it would take about 25 minutes.

Wall socket in bathroom was not working and sometimes neighbors were loud (in the streets, not inside the apartment). Uncomfortable bed.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and there is minimal sound proofing through the hallway door. If you happen to have rowdy other guests, you will hear them. Neighbours can be heard, too.

The property is recently furnished and more is still happening while we were staying there. The layout is well thought out and quality.

The room overlooked the main street, however, with the windows shut it was very soundproof. There was AC so we were are a comfortable temperature. The room was very clean. It is just quite small which is common and expected in this area. We would absolutely stay here again!

The bed sheets were not changed daily, the last day we ran out of toilet paper and there was no refill. The bedroom could have been cleaner. Also, bath slippers could have been provided.

Great location, you can walk to the major sites, lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets nearby, safe neighborhood. Antonio showed us to our room and gave us a map of the city with all the sites, he also explained which bus/metro to use. He was very helpful and friendly.

I would have loved to have a small breakfast but I know the capacity of the hotel does not allow this and the area is packed with many great and affordable restaurants so it was not a problem.

good location. it's good if you want something cheap and cheerful. my husband and i were only there to sleep as we were out most of the day exploring rome. no need to spend much if you're not going to be in there most of the time. staff were friendly and informative.

The bed we had in our hotel room was too hard for us, it felt like we were sleeping on a stone. In addition, the location of the hotel was a bit too far from the city center for our liking.

The room was nicely decorated with modern furniture and the floors were sparkling clean. The windows were open, allowing fresh air to flow through the room and the walls were freshly painted in a calming blue color. It was a pleasant and inviting space to be in.
