We found the beds to be very uncomfortable but most hotel beds in Europe are this way. We were also very disappointed that the pool was completely drained and unusable. We were not aware of this when we booked the room. And the staff is very friendly but they only clean the room and bring clean towels upon request or if you are staying a week or more. I also recommend bringing extra bags to put garbage in because there was only one tiny garbage can in the bathroom.

Location, location!! The beach is right across the street which is awesome! The hotel is also right next to a pharmacy, a gelato shop and many restaurants. Old town Alghero is about a 20 minute walk down the road or a quick bus ride. We loved the AC that ran nice and cold which was lovely when you walk in the door. Room was clean and well equipped and the front desk was very friendly with lots of great tips!

Sadly we were in low season and the pool was not open (but we knew this before). It would be nice to have some handsoap/dishwash soap!

The staff of the hotel is amazing. They helped us with a lot of things. The appartement was bigger than it looked on the pictures and had everything we needed.

Bed wasnt most comfortable, but being very tired-wasnt feeling much. Though it was 2 single beds pushed together, that kept separating. Was not comfortable to sleep with partner. Shower is very small space. Hard to turn around without knockin the water tap off or on or changing temperature 🫣 though water pressure was good. There are few bars(local restaurants) very close, so evening late is very noisy. And no car parking spots on the street, untill bar people leaves. There are accommodation parking, but thats extra 10 per day. As not seasonal time- april- swimming pool is not available. Booked room with sea view- technically it was with sea view, just partially blocked by the buildings across the street. Apartment was on first floor. I believe from second floor would have been much better view 😅🫣🤣

Staff very friendly and helpful! Good size of the apartment. Good location. Though it is a bit of a walk to old town centre. Handy to have fully functioning small kitchen. Very close to local beach - nearly just across the street behind a restaurant.

Francesco & his Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was spotless. Rustic Italian style close to the beach. About 20-25 mins walk along the promenade to the old town. Lovely bars across the road on the beach and nice restaurant recommended close by. Supermarket right behind the property. Bus top 3 streets up to the airport.

They could have offered to change towels after couple days, also there wasn't soap for hands in the bathroom. Also a bit confusimg with rubish separation. As they did gave 2 buckets to separate organic waste from general but in the bin area isn't clear where what goes.

The place was clean and suited me with 2 sons for few days to stay in. Staff was very helpful they gave contact for car rental place also the adaptor for chargers its somehow different fuse.

The pool and outside area looked a little rough. The pool was closed for winter, but I still think that it could look better.

It is not all very modern, but the price respects that. Walls/doors are not very soundproof, which might be point to notice in high season.

Very good value for money, very close to beach and own swimming pool (in season). We have been here before and came again. Nice with terrace either with pool or sea view. As it was low season now, it was very quiet.

The room was not perfectly clean, the shower in the bathroom is very small and there is no shower holder, and it is impossible to squat down. But these are small things, overall a good place for a few days.

Easy to find, great private parking. A pleasant half-hour walk along the coast to the old town. There is a supermarket and pharmacy around the corner, and a great restaurant at the bottom of the building. The sea is 30 meters away, with a great view from the window.

As there are bars/restaurants around, count with a noisy nights as well as with noisy mornings (guys supplying restaurants in early morning hours really do not care if people sleeping around). Water in the hotel pool is fresh like mentos...seems like coming straight from the pipe (i know, cold water is so relative - i am sure there are people enjoying it, nut i prefer cold beer over cold pool water) :-P When going to the beach, do walk 100-200 meters further along the shore (whatever direction) as you might smell something like sever smell on the beach closest to you. Just walk further to avoid it.

We had a family room, for a very reasonable price, capturing 6 people, enjoying spacious balcony to both sides of the hotel (sea view / pool view). you are located literally at the beach, there are restaurants all around, you can buy awesome ice-cream downstairs, rent a car or go to grocery (100metres far). Bus stop to city center or airport is right next to hotel...but i'd recommend you use the promenade to walk to downtown. We were 10 people visiting Sardegna and even to this facility we really enjoyed our stay,

Appartment only cleaned once in our 2 week stay. Had to ask for clean towels at end of first week and use spare bedlinen left for bunk beds.

Bad bed quality, left us with back pain after 5 nights. On ad photos there was large fridge and we only got a really small one, kitchen utensils: could do with some more as there was no spatula for cooking neither one for turning eggs, there was no handsoap, we only got few mini body&hair gels. Pool was really cold at the end of september and also had very limited opening hours and was locked outside of those times.

Good location, easy access to many beaches, short distance to Airport bus, supermarkets and restaurants, reasonably priced, aircon, spacious.

The noise from the Bar at night,we were directly over it and the noise went on until about 2.30 am in the morning.

Liked the apartment's and the sea view we had.liked where the building was situated ,overlooking the sea and a 20 minute walk to the old town.The luggage room and shower facilities we could use after we had checked out were great to have at our disposal.

The worst feature of the apartment was the noise from the bar inderneath especially at night or when football was on TV in bar. The large restaurant beside bar was also VERY noisy at night. A lot of noise. This disadvantage was not 'flagged' when booking. The apartment, although clean, was quite dated and the towels supplied were very old and threadbare.

The outlook of the apartment looking out over the sea was fabulous. It had a very good balcony. Lift was good. Pool area was good. The kitchen utensils etc were quite good. Good supermarket close by. Near a decent (not exceptional) beach.
