High ceilings and beautiful apartment.

We only had 1x hot shower for the duration of our 3 night stay. There was always cold water. This was raised with the staff which did try to fix this but unfortunately every time we tried it was cold. The aircon didn’t work the first night so it was quite warm inside but the staff did fix this after I raised it. Upon arrival of check in I was asked to meet a staff and call the other staff to confirm the check in but no one was there and no one was picking up. We stayed up for 30-40 minutes just in case but didn’t hear anything back so just went to bed.

The staff were very accomodating because we were coming in late and would be outside check in hours. I appreciated them waiting for us. Location was good too.

The sofa beds did not have bedding (sheets, and blankets), and when pulling out the bed from under it was actually a bit dirty. The showers were extremely small, but I guess that was in most of the places.

The apartment was very well kept, nice, clean, and perfect location right in the center! Spacious as well, enough space to comfortably fit all of us. Communication was easy and smooth, when we had a couple of questions the host was able to respond very fast!

We absolutely loved this apartment ! It had everything you could want from kitchen to big windows spacious and lovely: had all necessities in cupboards and even had an iron ironing board and espresso! Great location and the middle of it all and awesome restaurants nearby. Love the glass shop just across street and down a few doors!

Only thing which you will miss is a lift. However if that isn’t a problem then this will be a great place to live.

Centrally located characterful apartment round the corner from La Fenice theatre, and close to San Marco. Very quiet, very comfortable, fully equipped with amazing private roof top terrace from which could see the domes of San Marco and the Campanile. Good communication post booking, approaching arrival and organising entry. Luxury of private apartment in central Venice, spoil yourself.

There are very few points to mention but it was a beautiful stay overall. There should be one more safety lock on the door, not just the key. The wall mounted TV set should be relocated to be able watch it from the sofa bed.

Every thing was as expected and even better than the pictures posted. I really liked the shiny kitchen there , and the rooftop terrace was out of this world. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was one of three apartments having the same entrance but each one has its privacy and its own door. Beware because there are two stories to climb with all your luggage.

Very dark. Cramped location of sofa bed in kitchen. No bedding left for pullout sofa bed. Maybe that was out fault for not specifying this was required as my elderly mother needed sole occupancy of one bedroom.

Nothing of significance.

Location was fantastic and very central to everything we wanted to experience in Venice. As you would expect in Venice, plenty of old warm charm in the apartments and internal courtyards that provide plenty of light. Air conditioning was more than sufficient and provided us with some respite during a hot August. So many restaurant options nearby and we made full use of them. Our host directed us on how to get to the apartment and was very helpful. We also had the breakfast option which I highly recommend … it is close by in another hotel managed by the same company.

Shower should've been cleaner for this standard.

Excellent location, nice residence with easy to use code operated doors. Small room (though surely 20m2 as advertised) with no place to unpack so living off suitcase on the floor. Small bathroom with very small shower that would struggle to fit an slightly above average sized person, shower walls not thoroughly cleaned in a long time.

Beside the fact, it’s Megan comfortable and well design apartment it is in the middle and central of the touristic area of Venice between all the canals and five minute walk from Saint Marco Square

The apartment is surprisingly very big, very tall ceiling, well designed clean and comfortable. The linens, the bath equipment was better than you expected. The apartment is also equipped in espresso machine, water heater, glass glass cups and plates also equipped with dishwasher.

The location is amazing! All as expected. Codes for doors were sent via message which made it so convenient. Bad was comfortable. In the bathroom you could find all you need.
