Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaSome things mentioned above
Hotel is about 10 miles from the center of Rome. We had a car that's why we needed Hotel with good parking. At first we were placed in leaking bathroom unit, very small and without the balcony. After half of the living area got wet we got moved to better room, somewhat bigger and more comfortable. There was no microwave in the room or in whole hotel, no laundry room and breakfast has to be paid day before so you avoid paying 7 euro more next day. Weird rules. No coffee shop which is in such huge hotel a shock, I'm sure people need some convenient store with basic necessities or at least some Danish and coffee to have around but no, it's only water kettle in the room. The shower was leaking as well and bathroom lock was broken. It's close to the airport so that's convenient and parking was never full so we could always find the spot. It's comfortable hotel however we didn't hear much noise and beds were quite okay.

United Arab EmiratesFacilities: gym is old, there was no single yoga mat. Spa closed for renovation, pool shut. Hotel has to be renovated as everything is old. It’s not Marriot Standard. Food: breakfast is very average. I ordered twice food to my room and I swear it was the worst pasta and pizza in my life. Really disappointing, considering the fact it’s Italy. Room: paper cups.. oops! Never experienced it in my life at hotels. Not branded shugar sticks, no vanity kit or carpet shoes.. really weird. I felt they cut the cost in everything they could there. Shuttle to the airport is at 6:30am and to city center every 3 hours (8 Euro hour one way). Be ready to spent minimum 35 Euro by ride with Uber) Reception: I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Staff looked not so interested in your comfort or whatever. I had to ask to help me with my bag.. otherwise nobody was bothered. Overall: to spend 500 Euro without breakfast for 4 nights is a bit too much for such an experience.
Location is quiet and green. The room is spacious. Friendly service at breakfast!

United States of AmericaRoom was too hot and the window only opened a little so no airflow happened. The €50 pet fee was excessive and much higher than anywhere else I've stayed in Europe.

United States of AmericaIt is a way out of the city- we knew this, and the price reflected it. It meant that we needed to plan a little ahead.
We had a problem the first night with the amount of air freshener used in our room, and the staff were extremely responsive and remedied the situation. They changed our room immediately to another room on the same floor.

GermanyOur stay at Rome Marriott Park Hotel was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Rosalba at the reception greeted us with warmth and kindness. Her empathy and solution-oriented approach made us feel truly welcomed. Rosalba's genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. One standout member of the team was Antonio, our waiter, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was unforgettable. Not only was he an excellent waiter, but he treated us and our son like old friends, always ready with a smile and a genuine interest in making our time special. His recommendations were spot-on, and his great energy lifted our spirits. We must also extend our gratitude to Cristian, who provided us with impeccable lunch recommendations and paired them with the perfect wine. His professionalism and elegance added an extra touch of class to our dining experience. Overall, our stay at Rome Marriott Park Hotel was great, not only due to the quality of the hotel itself but also because of the outstanding employees who embody professionalism, friendliness, and genuine kindness. We look forward to returning in the future.

United Arab EmiratesGot and cold water mixer was bit cranky as the water was suddenly cold and suddenly very hot however you set it. I guess that’s the same across Italy.
Room was quite comfy for the family and we enjoyed it. Only the issue is that the breakfast menu was the same items on all 4 days which was kind of repetitive, but it had quite a spread.

United States of AmericaI selected this hotel because it advertises they have airport shuttle, however that is not really true, first because it has only one from the hotel to the airport once a day at 6:30am, no more throughout the day, and second because the only one at 6:30am has a charge of 10 euros per passenger.
It’s a good hotel

ItalyThe parking attendant wouldn’t allow me to drive up to check in. We had to carry all our bags from the external parking lot, in the dark after driving 3 hours
The room was great but was a little cramped with a huge bed, table and 2 chairs plus a desk. The bath tub and shower were in separate rooms so that was great! My daughter needed a phone charger … a sweet girl at the front desk loaned us her personal charger. She totally saved us!

FinlandVERY slow check-in and also checking-out process. It took long time even that there were not many people waiting. Clearly too slow process and then also too less staff to do those. No any restaurants near hotel, needed to eat in hotel restaurant. Ordered a beer with food, and still the man asked what water type I prefer, and brought a water to the table that cost over 5 euro even that I didn't need it. Maybe my fault but leaves a bad feeling about the dinner, and hotel.
Breakfast was good with wide Italian selection. Short drive to airport.

CanadaHad supper at the restaurant and it was awful. I asked for a burger with no bun and they brought me pasta. Then when they brought my burger my friend, who originally had ordered a burger didn’t get hers. Even though we told them she had not received her burger it never did come. Meanwhile we are seeing burgers go flying out from the kitchen to other tables.
Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.

United KingdomThere is too much to write! to be brief we had two rooms both in a similar condition very very dated paper falling off the walls, window frames rotted. Shower flooded straight away. The lights didn’t work in the corridors and there wasn’t any daylight quite un nerving. Requested the children’s room to be next to us they were two floors down, everyone very unhappy about that! More of a distance from the city than expected, Bar staff were some of the rudest I’ve had anywhere. Our Dinner one evening was so poor we sent two meals back.
The pool area was the reason we chose this hotel for our family stay in Rome and it was clean but charging for loungers is very poor! Breakfast was done very nicely

LebanonThe hotel is toooo faaaaar away from all tourist attractions, by taxi everyday you need 100 euro to get to the center and back to hotel, the staff some of them are rude and some of them nice, my room was empty from shampoo, conditioner , tooth brush and no water ! I requested many times but they are just too busy. The cleaner just knocks the door once and directly opens the door on you! And of course no one knows to speak english 😩
