We arrived the hotel at 8:30am but didnt receive the room till 3:00pm although we have two kids with us and have requested early checkin. Also, the hotel venver offered any support except for keeping our bags in a locker.

No aircon panel ( hot & cold) was working. Luckily by opening windows ( room was sea view ) fresh cool air was coming so we didn’t bother to inform the staff. No body cream, no slippers ( may be on request)

Our room felt a bit tired - the bathroom needed a deep clean to get the black mould out of the shower tiles. There was a balcony with a side view of the sea but no chairs to sit on.

Fantastic location on the sea for the views and restaurants. Staff were excellent.

We didn’t have any milk in our fridge for tea or coffee (a v minor complaint) and the TV is a little tricky to work. My only real observations are about the lack of a toothbrush charging point in the bathroom, and there was only one accessible plug area to recharge our phones.

This is a fine hotel. Our bedroom with a sea view was spacious and clean. The view across the bay is lovely. The public areas of the hotel are stylish and spotlessly clean and the staff are very professional. The location is ideal for walking along the bay and a multitude of restaurants and bars are close at hand.

Room was quite small with a lighter on the floor from a past guest and long hair in the bathroom. The breakfast was very average. I think they are using Covid as an excuse to keep the plastic barrier up and serve guest so you can't even pick your own bread. The chef serving the bread wasn't friendly so you felt like it was a problem to get anything. Pancakes have to be ordered and cost more ( considering I didn't have omelet or anything this seemed ridiculous ). Can't imagine the line and wait when the place is busy. I love a breakfast buffet, but this was disappointing and saved by the view. On leaving the receptionist didn't even bother to ask if we had enjoyed our stay, let alone a smile.Everyone else in Naples, super friendly and happy.

Comfortable stay, the hotel did the job that we needed by providing a nice location in Naples and an early breakfast. Lovely to watch the sun rise over the hills while having breakfast.

while room had a balcony with sea view, the door was locked the second day, and we could no longer use it. At breakfast, some items (ham, eggs) ran out around 9 am and weren't refilled.

Hotel by the seaside in a quiet neighborhood. Large room, large bathroom, daily cleaning and towel replacement, comfortable beds. Very good and plentiful breakfasts. Very delicious scrambled eggs, real juices and overall very good food. Panoramic view from the restaurant. I recommend the hotel.

The wind blowing and it made a whistling sound through the sliding door. We had to move and was given a slightly better room but we were leaving at 3:15 a.m. so that was a bust. They could have offered a discount!!!

Definitely felt treated differently for being American. We tried our best to be polite and aware but did not matter. Checking out was fantastic and staff was helping and polite.

The property was a great location for walking to shopping and views of the water.
