You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is right next to the port and metro line and a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were attentive and pleasant.

The bedroom was large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not very special, but is OK. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is situated about 5min walking from the central street and is nearby to most of the tourist points. The Alibus stop is 5min walking too.

United KingdomThe Wi-Fi was the worst ever. We never did manage to login personally; the hotel staff logged in for us so I've no idea what we were doing wrong (three different devices all had the same issue). The router on our floor was right outside our room and even then, the signal was very weak and to guarantee a decent signal we opened the door and stood by it! To complete some important work we sat in reception and once logged-on, the Wi-Fi there was fine.
Our first impression was disappointing. In mitigation, it was after midnight and we had waited two hours for our luggage at the airport so perhaps we were not in the best frame of mind. However, our opinion changed completely over the next day or so and in the end we were very happy with our choice. It was a small hotel (which we like) and very comfortable, clean and friendly. Breakfast was adequate without being spectacular and the staff were very helpful. They even sorted out the Wi-Fi (to an extent) so we could complete some important transactions on my tablet. The hotel location is excellent and we could walk to many of the main attractions and the station within 30 minutes. There is traffic noise all the time but with the window shut and the (very good) air-con on, we had no problem sleeping. I recommend this hotel for a couple.

IcelandThe bed! the mattress was fine but the bed was very bad, if you moved you wake up with the noise of the bed it was like it was broken down, we had to put our pillow between the bed and wall and push it to the wall so we be able to sleep. i recommend that you buy a new one in room 418 and fix the wc set it was loose. I missed better bread and vegetables and cheese and ham at the breakfast. And it was brokien refrigerator in the room.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the location, was great.
