As the room is located just in front the staircase, you will hear some noise from others but it is still acceptable.

The location is so close to everything I wish to visit and lots of good restaurants/fast foods shop available. It is a short walk to the minimetro station where you can go to Perugia train station. Stayed in single room and it was just perfect for my needs. The staff is friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out process.

The heater is centralized and in the morning the room and bathroom were cold. But the staff are available to help you so it compensated it with their kindness.

I liked the centrality of the position. It is located right at the center of the city and well linked with the main attractions.

Very nice & helpful staff (for instance sending directions on where to best park & how to get to the hotel). Very quiet location, just a short walk down from or up to the beautiful city centre. Easily accessible from the Piazzale Umbria Jazz (free parking) where you can take the MiniMetro for €1.50 right up to the old city (15min). From there it is a short walk down to the hotel. The room I had was decently large (as was the bathroom), with a balcony overlooking the small alley.

The location is perfect - it’s so close to the city centre, restaurants and shops are in the close area to this hotel. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly.

The location, is easy to arrive here, using the bus from the train station or the main bus station. It's close to the historical center and it has all the coffee shops and supermarkets close. It was clean and comfortable. Also, everyone in reception was very nice and attentive.

Bathroom is a bit small, but it is expected in an old building.

The balcony was little narrow, but in the end it showed the authenticity of this town.

The location is perfectly accesible. The comfort on good level and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would visit again :)

It was hot, and the fan helped, but we missed sir con.

The location is great for the jazz festval and the hotel is good quality and style for a 2 star hotel. We had a eoom with a large balcony in the back yard which we enjoyed in the late evenings.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear neighboring rooms but this is something you have to count with. Apart from this detail, everything was great.

Location is absolutely ideal. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. During my stay, my room had an issue with water and it was fixed promptly.

Fair amount of noise from the hallway as people came and went and from other rooms, but it was always quiet after 11 or so. People smoked in their rooms (which is illegal in Italy) often with the cigarette hanging out the windows and since the windows and small balcony are very close, it was unpleasant and hard to get away from the smell. No elevator, so getting luggage up and down stairs was a challenge for me.

Location was outstanding and made our stay in Perugia so easy and convenient.

Hotel s. Ercolano is perfectly located to the old town. Situated near a quiet narrow street. Our room was small (with balcony, bathroom, wardrobe and small fridge), with enough place for a couple. Everything clean. We had a comfortable and lovely stay there.

The room was neat and tidy because they clean daily. The location of this hotel is so good that we can reach the tourist attractions in Perugia by walking only. It's near the city centre and Pincetto minimetro. Their staff is also very supportive and overall it was a super comfortable stay.
