Probably should have registered for breakfast as there was not room for us to take breakfast a la carte.

The evening clerk was wonderful. Another guest was extremely aggressive and angry and she stayed calm and professional.

The room furniture was what you'd expect from a hostel or student accommodation. A lopsided fridge that came alive at night, cigarette burn marks & chips out of the dressing table, a bed that I'd say was bought in a second hand shop, the walls colouring was dreadful. They had duvets in presses that looked liked they had been there years. The rooms really let this hotel down, what's needed is a good designer to bring it up to scratch. The bar is tiny, so don't expect a full bar menu. Breakfast has to be ordered in if you want it.

Location is fantastic, Pisa Tower only 10-15 minute walk, where there are plenty of restaurants. Staff were excellent and helpful. Without the reception staff this place would fail miserably. The garden was ok...

For the price, it was great!

Good location, only 10 minutes walk from the leaning tower, and the other non-pisa central station. Nice staff, basic but decent breakfast, nice suprise joint balcony on the second floor.

Beds mattress was springy, not the most comfortable. But fine for one night!

Extremely convenient location, close walk to the centre. Lovely little garden, secure property, parking inside for a fee or plenty of street parking (metered from 8-20h). Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms.

Breakfast was a bit thin on the ground.

Good location, close to the leaning tower, hotel has nice balconies and garden to spend time outside. Reasonably spacious room. Friendly staff. Seem to pay a little bit of a premium to be close to the Tower, as opposed to for the facilities.

Excellent location only minutes away from the tower of Pisa. Better breakfast choice than the usual croissant and coffee. We were particularly impressed with the kindness of Sofia, the receptionist. She was very understanding of our requests. Great place for budget travelers who want to spend a night in Pisa.

I wish they had softer pillows and mattress, I find a lot of the hotels have hard beds, Also they could show a person where the restaurants are as they are just down the side street from the tower .

No lift available so ask for ground floor room if not fully able to manage steep stairs with luggage. Disappointing that guests could only be trusted with paper cups in the room and 3 coat hangers.

Efficient and helpful receptionist. Parking space very limited but available for our stay. Room decor was fairly basic but everything worked and air-conditioning was good and small fridge useful. Breakfast was simple but good value. Well located hotel only a few minutes walk from central attractions.

The next morning at the reception was an old guy who was very rude. we were told the night before we could join for breakfast if we pay extra by the reception, but the next morning this guy totally refused us even though other staff were also trying to convince him to accommodate us if possible. Felt a bit overpriced for the size of the room.

Perfect location next to the Miracle Square. good sized room with good facilities. we also had a small balcony to chill out. Lady at the reception received us very well and gave us some useful tips. even helped with arranging the cab for the next day.
