The beds & pillows were too hard & stiff. The rooms could have used a little more charm , add some more modern scenes some sprucing up would be good.

Great location , next to Vatican. Quiet room & hotel was very clean. Front desk staff was very nice, with suggestions on places to go & where to find things, they were very pleasant.

Breakfast was a bit expensive at 15 euros. I can see 10 euros more suitable. Also the price was a bit high. That’s not to say the stay wasn’t enjoyable, but it was quite expensive relative to some other options.

Hard to reach by taxi. It’s in an area of one way streets Drivers aren’t familiar if not using GPS.

Insonorisation between rooms and the lift (to small and to slow)

All in all we were very happy. If I was to point out one thing it would be to include selected coffee in the breakfast, given the fairly steep rate. Only filter coffee was included and that was not great, ordering alternative coffee came at additional cost. But really, it’s only a minor thing.

Super location- quiet and close to the Vatican yet very close to the metro- and the cosy and comfortable rooftop terrace was an unexpected and delightful surprise. Good night sleep in comfy beds and quiet rooms, and clean. We were also super impressed with the level of service - we left a bag behind and the front desk went above and beyond to help us retrieve it before we left Italy.

We both found the floor of the shower very slippery; there should be a bar of some sort to hang on to. The rubber on the shower doors kept coming off.

Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was very comfortable for both my mother and me. We each had enough privacy while we were in the room. And we could not believe how clean the room was and how it was continuously cleaned. Your front desk personnel were all very helpful and answered questions with a smile.

A little off the beaten path. Long way to sights.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor garden to enjoy the evening. Room was efficient. Quiet location very near the Vatican Museum. Lots of good food around. Decent food at the hotel.

We liked everything ❤️

The hotel is very nice and clean, I liked the room very much and also the rooftop terrace which is very beautiful. The location is great, just near the Vatican and also within walking distance of all the touristic points, we mainly walked and did not use metro too much, the breakfast is also very nice and the staff is very nice and friendly at breakfast as well, making cappucino and always bringing more food, so you never run out of fresh food. Thanks!
