The hotel was very close to the city centre and most attractions.There was also a lot of restaurants nearby.The breakfast was nice and staff was also helpful.We enjoyed.

It seems some appliances are quite old and need replacement - our shower was leaking a bit. Also, you can hear the neighbours pretty loud.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty spacious and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Good location - near metro stop and tail station. Balcony with garden view. 24 hour reception - no self check in. Market outside hotel on Saturdays. Good places to eat nearby. Great toy shop on next block .

Great location, easily walk to centre of Milan. Or local metro services. Around the corner from centrale station where we got the train from the airport. Breakfast was great. We don’t speak fluent Italian and staff was very accommodating for language barrier

Not so many complains, generally i was satisfied. Rooms can be much more comfortable. Few plugs, no hairdryer, small bathroom. Thats it.

No water kettle to heat the water in the room, no water dispenser available in the room,no tea or coffee available in the room. One of the bed isn’t straight and woke up with tired and painful back.

Rooms extremely bad insulated, one can hear absolutely everything that is going on outside of the room, even people coughing in the rooms. Our room was located just next to the elevator, so it was very loud in the early morning with the elevator constantly in use and the cleaning staff moving the chariot around. Also our room was not cleaned which was an unpleasant surprise to find upon return after a long day out.

Location is great, only 9-10 min walk from Milan Central Station and 3-5 min walk to Corso Buenos Aires, a busy shopping area. Breakfast was nice and included in the room rate. Staff at the welcome desk were friendly.

We booked this hotel based on the proximity to the main train station, and ease of getting around the city centre. It was clean, safe, had a beautiful garden/courtyard, and a surprisingly complete breakfast. It wasn't fancy (the bunks were a metal bedframe), but very safe and clean based on central location.

Room was very small according to number of beds (5), very narrow space between bed and wall (40 cm?). Shower was not as clean as it should be.

Beds very really very comfortable. Location was suitable, metro stations for green and red line were quite near, we have also nice access to garden behind hotel. Breakfast was delicious, great espresso macchiato and cornetto. Staff was very nice, we can kept luggage during whole day after check-out.

Very tiny room. I couldn't get in with the stroller. With children not optimal. Bed right next to the toilet, that was giving off very strong odour of canalisation. By Our window to the inner garden there were people standing smoking in the morning, so you basically wake up with someone staring into your bedroom. It gets very loud very early, so I wouldn't suggest staying in the ground floor rooms.

Noise insulation inside is non existent, orange “juice” at breakfast is frankly disgusting (the rest is fine).

Location is relatively quiet, clean rooms. Equipment in line with a two star. 24h check-in. Bathroom had a normal size, may depend on the room, as seen in other comments.

It seems that the hotel lacks necessary amenities such as a kettle, hairdryer, iron, and other similar equipment for every room.

The location is perfect for train travelers, the room was good, but breakfast was so-so.

Very accessible and well located. Close to train station. Close to an amazing little Italian restaurant. Super sweet, well-mannered, helpful staff. Treated us like we were in a 5 star hotel. Clean and comfortable. No frills. Good value.

The best in ''The best hotel'' were bed and bed linen. Really first time in my life had such a comfortable bed and very clean bed linen. Nice breakfast / Era davvero la prima volta nella mia vita che avevo un letto così comodo e lenzuola molto pulite. Colazione abbondante, Grazie
