The location was great and quiet - we could walk to the centro easily. The property was a spacious. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom is very unique in design .

I don’t understand why am I being charged for the garage/parking since I am guest of the hotel? It’s 20e per night, but it’s first time I have to pay extra for parking/garage of the hotel. I would understand if it’s public parking or something, otherwise it’s not ok. Also we were being charged 14e per day for staying tax (42e in total for 3 nights)? In other cities we were charged 14e for like 10 days in total, that’s just crazy. And what’s with the smell in the hallway, it smells like toilet??

Stuff vas pleasant, especially at breakfast, rooms are clean and they are cleaning every day, breakfast was perfect, and it’s great they have a garage option if you came by car

Price arguably inflated in line with typical Florence pricing, otherwise nothing.

Lovely outdoor area, easy to find and accessible. Bed and bathroom both good, a nice relaxed vibe.

dining was very basic and canteen style, not what I’d expect for a 4 star hotel. Bar was very basic and seating and table set up seemed also a bit odd?

The rooms need to some touch up, especially the bathroom. They should also check the walls that are made from fabric and need to be cleaned more often in my opition. The cleanliness was average, thats pitty.

The lady at reception was very nice, she gave us some practical information what to see and how to get there. The location of the hotel is great, cca 15min to the centre and 3-5min to the local transport stops. The breakfast was very good

There was little problem with air in the room. When you turned off the LED lights, the air conditioner also turned off. The window could not be opened because mosquitoes came into the room. At this price range, the breakfast could have been richer.

The location was very good, easy to walk to the city, calm, cafes and bars nearby. The room was comfortably large. The interior of the hotel was interesting and beautiful

The hallways and doors are creepy looking. While the hotel is nice, it could use some upgrades. The bed was a little hard.

The breakfast was really good. I loved the shower and bathroom colors. It is also close to the shops. In walking distance.

Funky and quiet.

This funky looking hotel is set back of a local road, on the edge of the inner part of Florence - in the San Frediano neighbourhood. It's surrounded by everything you want in an Italian neighbourhood, such as pasticceria, restaurants and cool bars, and well as a brewery. It's a short walk to the Porta San Frediano (the medieval gate) through which you find even more stuff. The room size was ample, and clean. The restaurant was excellent - we ate a bit late a couple of times and Fedele and the young chef were most acclimating and helpful. Whoever chose the music for the restaurant also had excellent taste. Overall a great experience, and we would go back again.

The pillows are old and have a smell. They need to be changed. Also some of the furniture shows very clear wear and tear and should be replaced.

The location. It was really easy to get there with a car and parking on premises was a bonus

As is the Italian way - some of the facilities suffered from style over performance. For example, the lovely big black enamel bath took ages to fill because the tap was slow and the plug didn't fit well so water was escaping even as I was trying to fill it up. The breakfast service started about 10 minutes late which was an issue because I had to be out by 7:30.

The hotel and rooms are at the same time stylish, quirky and comfortable. The staff were very efficient and helpful. In terms of the breakfast the baked foods (croissant, cakes, etc.) were superb.

The hotel was a little further from the centre than anticipated but the walk into the city was a lovely walk.

Staff friendly and the room was very clean. The ability to sit in comfort outside was a bonus. The hotel is in a quiet upmarket area outside the busy centre and in walking distance from all the main attractions.

The location of the hotel was rather far from the city centre. However, for visitors who want to stay across the river for a quiet time, this hotel would be good.

Welcoming and comfortable hotel, with adequate hotel and in-room amenities. Overall, I was very pleased with the stay.
