Very good location, very close to the metro station and other bus stops. The check-in was OK and according to what is described. However, the extra 50 euros for late check are a downside. Shared kitchen and amenities are a plus.

Our room was at the ground floor, and the window was oriented right towards the street. There are safety measures, though, so the only problems are the noise and moderate light coming from outside. The only real disadvantages are that the walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbours, and that the bed is extremely screechy, so it will make a noise even when you turn in your sleep. However, with a pair of noise cancelling earplugs from the pharmacy, you should be fine. Overall, we would recommend the place, especially since the price is reasonable.

The room looked lovely & the owner was very nice. It was clean when we got there, but unfortunately we didn't know that you have to specify you want cleaning service when booking, so we had to take care of that ourselves. Even so, I wouldn't say that's necessarily a minus. The area is great, as you only make 3-4 minutes to the metro station (Cipro). We had air conditioning as well.

It is very close to the Vatican City which is great if you are visiting it! 15 mins walking . Also, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around! They provided coffee which is great!

Shared kitchen is rather for cold dinner only as it doesn't have extraction fan. It would get quite steamy when someone actually cook & smell from the kitchen would linger to the rooms.

Good location, in a walkable to Vatican City, on a train line to the city. Great cafes in the vicinity.

Thin walls, but it was good to sleep there!

Can Recommend for a short, cheap stay at Rome. Owner ist very nice, its very clean. Its near the Metro Station and near nice Cafes!

I stayed there for 7 nights and they cleaned the room and changed the towels only once. Very small shower. Room is on a ground floor with windows on the earth level. It means that you see the humans' legs if you decide to open the window. I am not sure if coffee capsules should be available every day. I drank only one espresso since there were no more the other days..

Location is convenient to visit Vatican and close to metro Cipro. The staff was nice! I checked in earlier. Double comfy bed. Cozy room. No bad smells. Carrefour 24/7 is 3 mins of walking away. Big kitchen with all that you need. The place looks fresh and modern

Such a quaint place. It was perfect for our short trip to Rome. The hosts were easy to reach if you need anything. Our kids loved the bunk bed! The location was surrounded by everything you need.

I like the location, easy walk to Cipro metro and Carre four supermarkets is also near. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We managed to cook our meals and a bonus with a fridge to store our food and wine! A walking distance to the Vatican Museum about 15~20min.

The host Michela, was especially helpful. We had a late checkin but she accommodated us during that time. The accommodation was perfect for relaxing and regaining your energy after a full day’s sightseeing. All the facilities are available for day to day living.
