We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesBest hotel in Osaka, I have been here 3 times, & it’s my No.1 Hotel in Osaka. staff are very friendly & the Hotel is only 3min walk from Osaka Train Station. They serve international breakfasts which I recommend if you are traveling in couples.

Hong Kongbathroom a bit old and perhaps due to the carpet, my allergy to dust is somehow worsen when stay. but the hotel staff is nice enough to give me an air purifier eventually and that made me feel much better after.
location is exceptionally convenient to most underground or railway. Staff at counter are nice but those at restaurant, perhaps not very fluent in English, sometimes not able to get what you need, but overall very nice.

Exceptional comfort, but it's the Hilton. I paid for the best and I got what I paid for. The view from the 22nd floor was exactly what I was hoping for.
