Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is not walking distance from airport and you need to wait for the shuttle. Bus was regular but very full. Last shuttle to return from the mall was 830 pm which is too early. English speaking TV channels were too few.
Hotel and room were generously sized. Shuttle to nearby shopping area was a real plus as I got to explore the AEON mall. The Family store in the hotel was well equipped. The staff spoke good English. There was an Onsen but I had no time to explore. Bus shuttle to Narita airport started at 6 am which was good enough for me to take the Skyliner to Tokyo for a meeting at 9 am.

There isn't anything to criticize. The only disclaimer I would add is that not everyone at the reception is fluent in English.
The room was clean and cosy. Housekeeping came every day and all basic amenities were provided. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Bed was very firm. Have stayed there before and the bed was much more comfortable then

The bed was extra firm and I woke up to a back ache everyday. You need to take 2 elevators to get to your room. Walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor clearly and have to whisper in the room. Had to call front desk couple times because neighbor will talk loudly at 11pm. Laundry is on smoking stay floor and you can smell cigarette down the hall.

The staff should be more precise in giving direction to the hotel when I emailed them. They said it’s near the station. Least they could do is to tell us which train exit and then landmark
Very convenient next to the JR Chiba station although it took us a while to locate the building as we were expecting to walk out of the station building to find it. It’s just next to the exit or entrance of the train station. Room size is nice since it’s not in the city.

Our room was west-facing and the aircondition was too weak so it was hot the whole afternoon. It was summer when we stayed so that wasn't a very enjoyable experience. Room finally got colder at night.
Amazing location. Literally a stone's throw away from Chiba station. Good quality for the price. Room was more spacious as compared to other business hotels. Breakfast was ok.

The room is quite small. But overall, still manageable.
The breakfast selection is just right. Quality is good. The staff is very friendly especially guiding us to the nearest car parking facility and help us to make reservation with the restaurant that we want to visit later that evening.

Nothing to complain. It is a fair distance from Tokyo but very well located if you have things to do in Chiba.
A very comfortable hotel right over Chiba station. Despite directly over the station it is quiet and clean. Rooms are well appointed and of normal size. The breakfast buffet has a good mix for different flavours. Many restaurants close by.

There was mold around the bathtub, on the bidet, around the sink drain and bathtub drain. Although, the room is kept clean in general with dusting and vacuuming and a fresh shower curtain whenever they cleaned the room, the mold was a bit of a disappointment and we had to clean it ourselves to take a bath.
Great location for shopping, dining, visiting friends.
