Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was to tight for the family with kid , we have 4 people and we booked the triple bed for 3 adult and 1 kid . the room would perfect for 2 single bed but once the hotel added 1 more single bed to the room to make it like triple roomtype so the room very tight there was no space to walk to sit or unpack the luggage, but It's not a big deal for me because we stay 1 night just for getting to the airport on the next morning.
I appreciated the the breakfast and the airport transfer the hotel provided, Good breakfast we love it. The driver was very polite and very on time.

Hotel room is spacious for 2 pax and clean, but interior seems a bit dated.
I stayed there for a night to catch a morning flight next day. Hotel location is accessible from airport (10 mins by bus) and hotel amenities are clean. Staff speaks English and they are helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here. Lots of parking right at the accommodation. Great service with a quick and easy check in process. The room was very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here - great value for money.

It was about a 15 minute drive from the airport to the hotel, which we easily organised via taxi. Although we got there quite late in the evening there was no issue with checking in and there were quite a few restaurants to choose from within a block - walking distance. The room was as pictured and spacious enough. Everything was very clean. The free shuttle was used the following day to drop us at the train station rather than airport collection and all ran very smoothly.

As I stated in the 3-bed room, the bed area felt slightly cramped. However, the room is still quite spacious overall.
The property is located in an accessible location that is relatively close to the JR station. The laundry room is very spacious and has 2 full bookshelves of manga (if you’re a manga fan, it’s a good way to pass the time while waiting for your clothes to wash). They also offer a free shutter bus service to New Chitose airport. You can reserve seats during check-in.

The hotel is quite dated. It is also quite far walking distance from Chitose Station. But, it is manageable.
The staffs are all very friendly. The free shuttle to airport is a plus point. Stayed at the hotel as I’ve early flight to catch the next day. I always find hotel with free shuttle to airport to save the hassle.

Compare to Tomakomai Wing Hotel. The Amenities & Breakfast is well included than you.
It will be even nicer if there is a shutter service from airport to Hotel.

Nothing, I was satisfied.
Nice Hotel in Chitose, it's perfect to reach the airport in the morning with the free shuttle. Don't forget to taste the typical Japanese breakfast, just delicious.

how cramped it was for my boyfriend and I, it was so hard to walk with both of suitcases in the room, no space to move around even on the bed we were kinda squished together. The bathroom is not very soundproof.
The closeness of the hotel to the airport and wasn't too expensive, the window actually can open!!!!! great fresh air and nice view of the buildings and mountains too. Easy check in and friendly staff gave us a free bus back to the station instead of having to walk back with out suitcases in the snow and ice.

The shuttle was small and fully booked out for us. We also had the first flight leaving Chitose and the shuttle didn't leave early enough for us to use it. We used the bus instead, which was crowded.
