Room - On last night before checking out on the very next day, discovered Room 1712 had a leak just outside of the bathroom (i.e. Along the walkway, just in front of the mirror). Already informed the hotel personnel to look into it!

Location - Right at the heart of Bukit Bintang and shopping heaven. Centrally located and transportation to any part of KL is a breeze. Room - Spacious and luxurious. All amenities were provided. Room service is good and top notch.

TV in the room has no internet access and cannot connect with HDMI cable to my laptop. Subscription channels are very limited and you end up watching repeats the longer you stay. Location is good but traffic can get very hectic during peak hours. Fortunately, our room is still pretty quiet.

The staff were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to serve us to our needs. Location is very good and walkable distance around the shopping malls of bukit bintang. The room was so spacious that it can fit an additional sofa on top of having a study desk.

I first booked a room, and when I got into my room I open the curtain and my surprise was there is a wall no window, just a dummy curtain, I was furious and the staff at first said this is the superior room, and it’s call “Wall View” I honestly couldn’t understand wall view !! Seriously ? Wall view !? But then after back and forth they gave me another room with a view of another nearby building which is a very poor and dirty building, I stayed in, but not enjoyed it, the rest of the hotel was great

We booked a king room at the Marriot KL, but before we left for KL l had received call to say that there was no availability for this type of room and that if l would agree l could stay at their sister hotel the Ritz Carlton and they would throw in breakfast, l agreed, and could not have been any happier

The hotel’s downtown location allowed me to explore nearby shopping center, enjoy dinner, and have foods and drinks—all within walking distance. The service was top-notch, as always.
