Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Each room is having 2 single separated beds instead of one double bed for Comfort Twin room and some of my colleagues room lamp was not working
They make nice omelette's in breakfast, we liked them most.

some parts of the room unclean (e.g. curtains) poorly functional bedside tables (cubes without drawers) pillows too high and uncomfortable hallway light not working

Nothing I remember
Facility is less than throw away distance from train station,, I wonder how someone can get a propert to close to railway station.....ample of parking...very serene and calm location...staff at counter was super friendly...

I personally did not like the prominent artificial (flower ?) scent in the room. However, there could nothing be done to get rid of it.
Friendly staff. Check- in and - out was smooth without queuing. Check- in and- out times were generous compared to many other hotels. The location next to the train station was a great plus to visit Amsterdam. Great surroundings for walking and biking. We had a room at the back-side and did not hear the trains passing by .

Last year I had a slightly larger bathroom Since I had my 19 yr old grandson 6 ft 5 staying with me it was a bit tight and we could have used the larger bathroom.

The final night (Sunday) I came down for dinner at 9.30 (dinner is served until 10) but the chef had just gone home. The barman apologised and offered me a free a drink. I ended up ordering from thuisbezorgd

The wifi was very slow. I had to use my mobile data to do my video meetings.
Right next to the train station Bussum Zuid: super convenient for getting to Hilversum early in the morning for instance.

About 30mins by train to city centre, but the train station is right outside the hotel's front door. Such good value compared to expensive city hotels

It was dusty below the bed, not cleaned very well. Long way to reception.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, good location - really close to the train stations from you can easily reach the center of Amsterdam in 30 mins Not modern, but clean and comfy rooms

booking.com confusion, too many emails, and not good communication between venues and .com service I book an double room, canceled on time, or at least made many attempts. rebooked a single room, as requested . When I arrived, I had two rooms. The Manager kindly took care of everything to my satisfaction but the time I spend on the phone and email prior to arrival make me frustrated to arrive and it looked as thought it was all in vain. I am done with booking.com
War alles gut, danke. The manager was very Kind and Achtsam. She realized my frustration and handled the situation very well. We enjoyed a good laugh together and even a hug of proudness.

The rooms and the facility are showing their age a bit, very small desks & a tiny extra chair, and some will not like the single beds (they were fine for us, but not for everyone).
It was very convenient for us to stay while there were some renovations being done to our house. It is very convenient to the train station, and is in a super quiet corner of the neighborhood (because the neighbors are all deceased, i.e., the hotel is next to a cemetery). Lots of parking in the P+R lot adjacent. Helpful staff.

Room clean and well set up but showing age.
Basic hotel right next to bussum zuid station, easy access from Amsterdam and Schipol Airport. Hotel has good Dutch restaurant and bar. Room and facilities clean and generous size.

The staff seemed overwhelmed some days and could be a little short with guests. But they did a great job, especially manager Demi who seem to be keeping everything afloat!
The breakfast was amazing as was the convenience of the location, right next to the train station. It made getting around really easy. The rooms were clean and beds comfy
