A good hotel for a couple of days, there is breakfast and everything you need in the room: tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, clean bed linen and towels.

Quite far from the Center so lots of walking for us. Steep stairs up to the room which some may struggle with but fine for us. There were road maintenance outside the building which began at 6-30 am so quite noisy but that’s not hotels fault. Also could hear upstairs visitors walking and talking but that could happen anywhere. Pillows could do with changing! Not very comfy. Suits someone on a budget that is able bodied.

Room for as clean and spacious . Basic but did the job. Coffee machine and kettle were good additions as was the fridge. There also was a safe but we didn’t use that. Bathroom was big and lovely hot shower. Breakfast had enough choice of hot and cold .

- be careful with the charge (100€) that they did about a secure, you have to request in the check out the refund. In my case when I requested the receptionist told me that she was busy I had to insist in that. Also they never told me about this charge and it wasn’t authorized by me.

Your System is trash. People can enter and they are assigned a room even if someone is there. Lift system is not good. And there should be only one building and with a lift. Not a maze

Ugly neighbours upstairs that bothered to rest and sleep. Staff doesn't work at night and you have to solve problems yourself. In the bathroom there was only cheap liquid soap, no shower gel, no shampoo, no cream, no toothpaste (usually such things are in small bottles). There were no slippers either.After breakfast, we decided to take a couple of sandwiches and yogurt to the room, the worker made a remark to us that the price includes only breakfast, not lunch 🥴

The stairs are too steep for most people to climb down safely. There's an elevator so you just need to use that.

The shower was large and the water was hot but it leaked quite a lot under one glass panel. There was very good natural yoghurt on tap ( yes, really) at breakfast but the fried eggs were rubbery from sitting on a hot tray for too long and there no toast. Overall the positives far outweighed the negatives and the room rate was affordable.

Very clean, spacious, ground floor room. Great air conditioning during warm and humid late June weather. Staff were friendly, smiley and helpful.

There are lots of steep staircases, so not good for older people. The view from the back is particularly untidy... but maybe lets you see behind the Rotterdam architectural facade.

Hotel was conveniently close to the city centre. The hotel felt quite small and cosy.

It smelled like someone smoked in the room when we first entered. Steep stairs to get to the rooms.

The windows of the room were facing the street, so until 11 in the evening you could hear the cars driving by, but if sleep comes, then these sounds do not disturb the night's rest.

Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam Central Station. A very spacious room with a large bathroom - our room had both a shower cabin and a bathtub. The city center can be reached on foot - about 25 minutes, so it will not be a problem to go for a walk to enjoy the city and the dining options. Excellent value for money.

No lift to higher floor.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located with ready access to food and groceries. Hotel also provides garage parking but need to walk about 10 mins.
